Արցախի պաշտպանուության բանակը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել զորամասի հրամանատարի կողմից զինվորների համար ուղարկված ծանոցները պատուհանից նետելու փաստի վերաբերյալ:

 

Պարզաբանման մեջ ասվում է.

 

«Դեկտեմբերի 26-ին տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներ տարածել են տեղեկատվություն այն մասին, որ ՊԲ զորամասերից մեկի ստորաբաժանման հրամանատարը երկրորդ հարկի պատուհանից դուրս է նետել ժամկետային զինծառայողների ծնողների ուղարկած սնունդը: Հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ նախքան տվյալ հրապարակումը, միջադեպի իսկությունը ստուգելու համար անհապաղ նշանակվել էր ծառայողական քննություն, որի արդյունքներով պարզվել են միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները:

 

Զինծառայողներին ծանրոցներ ուղարկելու կարգը սահմանված է ՊԲ հրամանատարի կարգադրությամբ: Զինվորական ծառայության անվտանգության ապահովման և զինծառայողների առողջությունը պահպանելու նկատառումներից ելնելով` սահմանված են այն առարկաներն ու պարենը, որոնց առաքումը զորամաս կտրականապես արգելվում է, այդ թվում արգելվում է  նաև ծանրոցներում շուտ փչացող սննդամթերքի և ալկոհոլային խմիչքի առկայությունը:

 

Ստորաբաժանման հրամանատարը, հայտնաբերելով, որ, չնայած նախկինում իր հնչեցրած բազմաթիվ զգուշացումներին, զինծառայողների  ծանրոցներում առկա են ալկոհոլային խմիչք և փչացած սննդամթերք, ցուցաբերել է անհարկի տաքարյունություն և արգելված ապրանքները սահմանված կարգով ոչնչացնելու փոխարեն, դրանք դուրս է նետել պատուհանից:

 

Հաշվի առնելով ստորաբաժանման հրամանատարի կողմից դրսևորած ոչ պատշաճ վերաբերմունքը տեղ գտած դեպքի կապակցությամբ, վերջինս՝ զորամասի հրամանատարի որոշմամբ, ենթարկվել է կարգապահական պատասխանատվության:

 

ՊԲ հրամանատարությունը կատարվածի առիթով համապատասխան ցուցումներ է տվել ենթակա օղակի բոլոր հրամանատարներին հետագայում նման դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ և հայցում է հանրության ներողամտությունը»:
