Գազալցակայաններում հիմնական խնդիրը պահանջների չհամապատասխանելն է․ Գեղամ Գեւորգյան

Բենզալցակայանների հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունենք։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գեղամ Գեւորգյանը։

 

«Դրանց մի մասը օրենսդրությանը չի համպատասխանում, եւ այստեղ պետք է գլոբալ լուծում լինի մեր գործընկերների հետ։ Այսինքն՝ չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելը օրենսդրական կարգավորման դաշտ է, սակայն օրինակ՝ տեղադիրքը չի համապատասխանում, սանիտարական պայմանները։ Սա իհարկե ուղիղ չի ազդում մրցակցության վրա, բայց այս պահանջների պահպանումը մի ընկերության կողմից եւ մյուսի կողմից չպահպանումը բերում է անհավասար մրացակցության։ Հայտնաբերել ենք նաեւ մի շարք խնդիրներ թերլցումների հետ եւ որակի հետ, որոնց նաեւ ընթացք է տրվել։ Այս խնդիրները բուն մրցակցային չեն, դրա համար հայտնաբերելու դեպքում մենք փոխանցում ենք մեր գործընկերներին, Շուկայի վերահսկողության տեսչության հետ ակտիվ աշխատանք ենք կատարել։ Մյուս տարի համատարած ստուգումները կշարունակենք, որ բենզալցակայաններում բենզինի, դիզվառելիքի թերլցման դեպքերը կամ որակի խնդիրները վերջնականապես լուծվեն»,-նշեց նա։

 

Գեւորգյանը խոսեց նաեւ գազալցակայաններում․  «ԱԳԼՃԿ-ներում խորանարդ մետրից կիլոգրամի անցման դեպքում որեւէ խնդիր չի առաջանում ի վնաս տնտեսվարողների, հիմնական խնդիրը պահանջների չհամապատասխանելն է։ Մենք ունեցանք ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում փաստեր, որ պահանջները չէին պահպանում, որը անվտանգության խնդիր է, փոխանցեցինք համապատասխան տեսչական մարմնին։    

 

Խորանարդ մետրից կիլոգրամով անցման ժամանակ մարժան մեծացել է, ինչն իրենց համար զարմանալի է, թե օրինակ ինչու են բացասական կամ զրոյական շահութաբերությամբ աշխատում, հնարավոր է ստվեր է եղել կամ գազ է թաքցվել  կամ  հաշվապահությունը իրական պատկերը ցույց չի տվել»։

 

Նա շեշտեց, որ որոշ ԱԳԼՃԿ-ներում մարդիկ գազն իրենց հաշվարկած ինքնարժեքից ավելի ցածր են վաճառում, քան պետք է: Հարցին, թե միգուցե գազալցակայանները դեմպինգի են դիմում, Գեղամ Գեւորգյանը նշեց, որ նրանք փոքր ընկերություններ են, եւ դեմպինգի գնալն իրենց դեպքում իմաստ չի ունենա: Գեղամ Գեւորգյանը ասաց, որ հանձնաժողովը շարունակելու է հետեւել այս միտումին:
