Ոստիկանությունը հետևողական է հանցագործություն ծնող պատճառների և միջավայրի դեմ պայքարում։ Արվում է ամեն ինչ քրեական ենթամշակույթը վերացնելու և քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը հատուկ սկզբունքների արմատավորման համար։

 

Դեկտեմբերի 26-ին ոստիկանության ծառայողները ստուգողական այցեր են իրականացրել քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող անձանց հնարավոր հավաքատեղիներ։ Արտաքին զննության է ենթարկվել մի քանի տասնյակ կասկածելի ավտոմեքենա։ Որոշ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ տեղափոխվել են պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Տարբեր կասկածանքներով ոստիկանության տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ բերման է ենթարկվել մի քանի տասնյակ անձ։ Ուժեղացված ծառայության ընթացքում բացահայտվել են նաև հանցագործության դեպքեր։ Հայտնաբերվել ու առգրավվել է գործարանային համարով ատրճանակ, մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգված, թմրամիջոցի հետքերով կաթուցիչ, դանակ, մահակ և այլն։

 

Այս քաղաքականության շրջանակում իրականացվում են ծավալուն աշխատանքներ, այդ թվում՝ «Զինանոց» համալիր օպերատիվ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումը, որը միտված է ապօրինի պահվող զենք-զինամթերքի և սառը զենքերի հայտնաբերմանն ու առգրավմանը։ Միջոցառումն իրականացվում է ոչ միայն մայրաքաղաքում, այլև մարզերում։ Ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումներին, բացի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողներից, ներգրավված են նաև կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի և քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունների աշխատակիցները։

 

Միջոցառումների շրջանակում տարված բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի, Արարատի, Արտաշատի և Հրազդանի բաժիններում արձանագրվել են ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերքի կամավոր հանձնման դեպքեր։

 

Այսպիսով, հասարակական անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված հետևողական ու արդյունավետ միջոցառումները ոստիկանության ամենօրյա գործառույթն են։

 

Ոստիկանությունը հետևողական է լինելու քրեածին բարքերը վերացնելու պայքարում։ Արվելու է առավելագույնը, որ մեր հասարակության մեջ, հատկապես երիտասարդության շրջանում, օրինակելի և ուսանելի լինեն ոչ թե «քրեական ենթամշակույթի» սին ու շինծու հասկացությունները, այլ հանրային համակեցության սկզբունքները։
