Մասիսում հասակակցին սպանած 17-ամյա տղան կալանավորվել է
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Ամբակունի Գրիգորյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբի ղեկավարը, քննիչ Անդրեսյանը միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել Արարաըի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց, երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 17-ամյա Սարգիս Գ.-ի նկատմամբ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դատավոր Թաթուլ Պողոսյանը դռնփակ դատական նիստն անցկացնելուց և խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալով՝ բավարարել է քննչական մարմնի միջնորդությունը և Սարգիս Գ-ն, ով մեղադրվում է հասակակից տղային առանձնակի դաժանությամբ սպանելու մեջ, կալանավորվել է։
Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ նրան դատարանից տեղափոխել են «Աբովյան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ (անչափահասների գաղութ):
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, դեկտեմբերի 23-ին ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության՝ վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արթուր Զաքարյանի, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության, համայնքային ոստիկանության և անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքների ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Պողոսյանի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ քննչական վարչության պետ Ամբակունի Գրիգորյանի և Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի պետ Սամվել Անդրեասյանի ու քննիչ Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել էին Մասիսում աղմկահարույց ու դաժան սպանություն կատարող կասկածյալին:
Ինչպես հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները եղել էին 2 տասնյակից ավելի հասցեներում, այդ թվում՝ Մասիսին հարակից գյուղերում ու շնորհիվ ճիշտ և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական գործողությունների, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին էին բերման ենթարկել կասկածյալ՝ Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ, 17-ամյա Սարգիս Գ.-ին:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնել էր նաև, որ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին, որ սպանությունը տեղի էր ունեցել ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում, Մասիս քաղաքի Երևանյան փողոցում գտնվող թիվ 1 հիմնական դպրոցի ձախակողմյան հատվածին կից ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին կառուցված, սակայն այժմ չգործող գորգագործական ֆաբրիկայի տարածքում:
Փաստի առթիվ Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ: Կասկածյալ Սարգիս Գ.-ն ձերբակալվել էր: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում էին անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
