Ալավերդիում «Կոտտոնի» աշխատակիցները շարունակում են գործադուլը` պահանջելով վճարել աշխատավարձը

Այսօր` Ալավերդիում «Կոտտոնի» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող կարի արտադրամասում աշխատավարձ չվճարելու համար երեկվանից սկսած  գործադուլը շարունակել են 150 կարող բանվորուհիներ: Կանայք ասում են, որ գործատու Կարեն Դասոյանը անհարկի  ձգձգում է իրենց աշխատավարձի վճարումը: Բանվորուհիները կարծում են, որ իրենք որակով են աշխատել: Այս մասին հայտնում  է Hetq.am-ը:

«Աշխատավարձ չի վճարում, խաբում է մեզ: Նախորդ կիրակի մեզ ասել է՝ ուրբաթ օրը կվճարի աշխատավարձ, այսօր մենք իրեն զանգել ենք աշխատավարձի համար, 4 ժամում է հասել Ալավերդի: Հիմա էլ բոլոր կանանց երեսին է նայում ու ծիծաղում»,- պատմել է Սյուզաննա Մարտիրոսյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Կոտտոնի» ՍՊԸ-ի բաժնետոմսերի 50 տոկոսը պատկանում է վանաձորցի գործարար Կարեն Դասոյանին: Բաժնետոմսերի մյուս 50 տոկոսի սեփականատերը ՌԴ քաղաքացի Յանինա Բերգ Բորիսովնան է: Վերջինս Մոսկվայում գրանցված «Մոդելիսմո» ընկերության սեփականատեր և գլխավոր տնօրեն Քրիստինա Միտելմանի մայրն է: «Մոդելիսմոն» Ալավերդու կարի արտադրամասի հիմնական պատվիրատուն է:

Գործադուլավոր բանվորուհիները պատմել են, որ դեռ նախորդ կիրակի արտադրամաս են հրավիրել տնօրեն Կարեն Դասոյանին և պահանջել են վճարել  նոյեմբեր ամսվա իրենց աշխատավարձը: Կարի արտադրամասը գործարկվել է նոյեմբերի 11-ին, ըստ այդմ էլ՝ բանվորուհիները գործատուից պահանջում էին 17 օրվա աշխատավարձ: Սյուզաննա Մարտիրոսյանի և մյուս բանվորուհիների խոսքով՝ աշխատանքային անցած 1,5 ամսվա ընթացքում Կ. Դասոյանը դեռևս աշխատանքային պայմանագիր չի կնքել իրենց հետ:

 Ի սկզբանե Դասոյանը բանվորուհիներին աշխատավարձի չափ չի ասել: Ասել է՝ փորձաշրջան է, աշխատելու են մինիմում աշխատավարձով: 80-150 հազար դրամ նախատեսված աշխատավարձի մասին բանվորուհիները լրատվամիջոցներից են տեղեկացել:

Սյուզաննա Մարտիրոսյանը բոլոր բանվորուհիների անունից հայտարարել է, որ եթե Կ. Դասոյանը որոշել է իրենց աշխատավարձ վճարել ողորմության կարգով,  ապա 150 բանվորուհիներով համաձայն են այդ աշխատավարձը նույնպես ողորմության կարգով թողնել նրան և այդ մասին տեղեկացնել ամբողջ հանրությանը:

«Մենք թույլ չենք տա, որ մեզ աշխատեցնեն և դրանով իրենք չաղանան: Ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ է՝ արտադրամասի բոլոր կանայք սթրեսի մեջ են»,- ասել է  Սյուզաննա Մարտիրոսյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Դասոյանը բանվորուհիներին հայտնել է, որ միայն 250 հազար մանկական հագուստ կարելուց հետո  կստանան 80 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ։

«Արտադրամասում կարի մեքենաների և արդուկների պակաս ունենք, գործատուն մեզ չի բավարարել մեքնենաներով ու արդուկներով: Մարդիկ տնից 8 հատ արդուկ և արդուկի շոր են բերել, որ կարողանան աշխատել։ Հիմա աշխատատեղ է բացվել, կանայք ենք էլի, գլխապատառ եկել, աշխատում ենք: Ինչ իմանայինք, որ այսպիսի գործարք էինք կնքելու»,- ասել է Սյուզաննա Մարտիրոսյանը:

Գայանե Մարգարյանի խոսքով՝ Կարեն Դասոյանը, իրենց աշխատանքի ընդունելիս, ասել է՝ սկզբում կվճարի Հայաստանում սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձը, հետո, երբ «ամեն ինչ կարգավորվի», կվճարի իրենց աշխատանքին համապատասխան աշխատավարձ:

«Քանի դեռ ամեն ինչ արտադրամասում չի կարգավորվել, ուրեմն Կ. Դասոյանը պարտավոր է մեզ բոլորիս հավասարապես վճարել նվազագույն աշխատավարձը»,- պահանջում էր Գայանեն:
