ԱԺ աշխատակազմի անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության նախկին պետին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել. ՔԿ
POLITICSՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ շահադիտական, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից կամ խմբային շահերից ելնելով, պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելու կամ ծառայողական պարտականությունները առերեւույթ չկատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության նախկին պետին:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախաքննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության պետը, 2014 թվականի փետրվարից աշխատելով նշված պաշտոնում, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի պետական ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ եւ օժտված լինելով կազմակերպական-տնօրինչական լիազորությամբ, իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում թույլ է տվել չարաշահումներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ տեղեկացված լինելով ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի աշխատակիցների առաջնային բժշկական օգնությունը եւ սպասարկումը բժշկական կենտրոններից մեկին հանձնարարված լինելու եւ համապատասխան հանձնարարականի մասին, անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից եւ խմբային շահերից ելնելով, իր հետ աշխատանքային մտերիմ հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող անձանց լրացուցիչ վարձատրություն ապահովելու համար, ինչպես նաեւ տեղակացված լինելով, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման վարչության շահագործման եւ սպասարկման բաժնի բժշկուհին եւ նույն բաժնի աշխատողների առողջության պահպանման գծով մասնագետն արդեն աշխատանքի են անցել բժշկական կենտրոններից մեկում՝ որեւէ գործողություն չի կատարել՝ վերջիններիս զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատելու կամ նրանց աշխատանքի համատեղելիության գործընթացը կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ:
Արդյունքում՝ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման վարչության շահագործման եւ սպասարկման բաժնի բժշկուհին եւ նույն բաժնի աշխատողների առողջության պահպանման գծով մասնագետը շարունակել են պաշտոնավարել՝ այդ ընթացքում ստանալով աշխատավարձ ու այլ վճարներ, ինչի հետեւանքով ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի օրինական շահերին պատճառվել է էական՝ 1.036.409 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի անձնակազմի կառավարման վարչության նախկին պետին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
