Կեղծ անձնագրերի և մուտքի կեղծ թույլտվությունների միջոցով իրականացվել է անօրինական միգրացիա

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով բացահայտվել են կեղծ անձնագրերի միջոցով կազմակերպված անօրինական միգրացիայի դեպքեր։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի:

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել, իր և երկու որդիների՝ մշտական բնակության նպատակով Շվեդիա մեկնումը կազմակերպելու համար Օ.Շավիշյանը և ոմն Գեղամ խաբեությամբ և վստահությունը չարաշահելու միջոցով իրենցից հափշտակել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 15.000 եվրո կանխիկ գումար: Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, մշակվել քննչական պլան և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել են ոմն Գեղամի ինքնությունը և անօրինական միգրացիայի մեխանիզմը։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ երեք քաղաքացիների օտարերկրյա պետություն մուտքի և գտնվելու պատշաճ թույլտվություն ստանալու համար Օ.Շավիշյանը և Գ.Վահանյանը նրանցից պահանջել և ստացել են 7.912.950 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 15.000 եվրո կանխիկ գումար։ Սակայն օրինական փաստաթղթերի փոխարեն նրանց են տրամադրվել կեղծ փաստաթղթեր: Մասնավորապես՝ օգոստոսի 11-ին «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում Օ.Շավիշյանը և Գ.Վահանյանը ՀՀ երեք քաղաքացիներին տրամադրել են նրանց տվյալներով, մուտքի կեղծ թույլտվություններով ՌԴ քաղաքացիների կեղծ անձնագրեր և անձամբ ճանապարհել օտարերկրյա պետություն` Չեռնոգորիայի Հանրապետության Տիվատ քաղաք, որտեղ վերջիններս պետություն են մուտք գործել վերը նշված կեղծ անձնագրերով: ՌԴ քաղաքացու անձնագրերի կեղծ լինելու հանգամանքը բացահայտվել է Չեռնոգորիայի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների կողմից, ինչի արդյունքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն արտաքսվել են Հայաստան: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ` Գ.Վահանյանին և Օ.Շավիշյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 329.1-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ երկու կամ ավելի անձանց անօրինական միգրացիան կազմակերպելը): Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը դիմել է հանրությանը. եթե կան անձինք, ովքեր տուժել են նշված անձանց գործողությունների հետևանքով, կարող են դիմել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչություն (հասցե՝ ք. Երևան, Խանջյան 51):

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
