Ոնց որ ջունգլիներում լինենք, մարդու հետ վերաբերմունք չկա. ավտոներկրողը՝ Գյումրիի մաքսատան մասին
SOCIETYՄոտ 28 ժամ հերթ եմ կանգնել, մաքսազերծման ժամանակը լրացավ դեկտեմբերի 28–ին, ինչից հետո նոր մեր հերթը հասավ ու հիմա մեզ տուգանում են, ամեն մեքենայի համար 100 հազար դրամ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 30–ին, NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գյումրիի մաքսատուն եկած ավտոներկրողներից մեկը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մաքսատան մեղքով ստեղծված խնդրի պատճառով տուժել են ավտոներկրողները. «2 մեքենայի դեպքում տուգանվում եմ 200 հազար դրամ, ոչ մի մարդկային մոտեցում չեն ցուցաբերում։ Օրուկես հերթ եմ կանգնել, գիշերով մնացել, ու ապարդյուն։ Դիմում եմ ներկայացրել մաքսատան վարչության պետին, սակայն ոչ մի դրական պատասխան չեմ ստացել, ասում է հիմա այդպես է, ոչ մի համոզիչ պատասխան չեն տալիս։ Հիմա ստիպված պետք է գնամ վճարեմ, թե չէ իրենց անձնակազմի ասելով, եթե չվճարեմ, մնալու է 2020 թվականին եւ տասնապատիկ ավելի մաքսազերծման գումար վճարեմ»։
Ավելի ուշ ավտոներկրողն ասաց, որ 200 հազար դրամը վճարել է, ավելին՝ 1 օր մեքենան մաքսատան տարածքում գտնվելու համար նաեւ 1300 դրամ են գանձել իրենից։
«Մարդուն փակուղու մեջ են գցել, ստիպված վճարել եմ, որ հունվարի 1–ից հետո վերահաշվարկ չանեն 10 անգամ ավելի վճարեմ։ Յուրաքանչյուր օրը մեքենաների համար կայանման գումար ենք վճարում, ինչի մասին նախապես չեն զգուշացրել»,– ասաց ավտոներկրողը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ պատճառաբանել են, որ ում ավտոմեքենայի մաքսազերծման ժամկետը մոտեցել է ավարտին, արտահերթ են սպասարկել, բայց դրա մասին եւս նոր է տեղեկանում. «Մոտեցել ենք, տեղեկացնում են, որ կարող էինք գալ եւ արտահերթ սպասարկվել։ Ես 5 կիլոմետր այն կողմ հերթ եմ կանգնել, ինչ իմանայի, ասում են բղավելով կանչել ենք։ 5 կիլոմետր այն կողմ՝ հերթի մեջ կանգնած, ես ո՞նց լսեի, որ գիշերվա ժամը 4–ի բղավոցը»։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մաքսատանը չկա պատշաճ սպասարկում. «Բացառությամբ 2 տոկոսի, անձնակազմի սպասարկման մակարդակը 0–ի է հասնում։ Ոնց որ ջունգլիներում լինենք, մարդու հետ վերաբերմունք չկա, գեղջկական մակարդակով են առաջնորդվում։ Բանկերն էլ իրենց հերթին են խցանումներ առաջացնում, երկուսուկես ժամ սպասել եմ, որ իմ հերթը գա, վճարեմ։ Անգամ նստելու հարմարություն չկա, մի 6 աթոռ են դրել, մարդիկ ոտքի վրա մնալ չեն կարողանում. շատ անհարմար վիճակի մեջ են քցում ժողովրդին, որ մարդ իրեն անարգված է զգում այստեղ»։
