ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը շնորհավորել է գալիք Ամանորը․

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, քույրե՛ր և եղբայրնե՛ր Ժամեր անց դիմավորելու ենք 2020 թվականը։ Շնորհավո՛ր Ամանոր։ Մեր հասարակության բոլոր անդամները, ընտանիքները, բոլորս՝ մեծ ու փոքր, արժանի ենք պարզ մարդկային երջանկության։

Հանրային ներքին համերաշխության պայմաններում չկա որևէ արտաքին ուժ կամ թշնամի, որ ի վիճակի լինի սպառնալ մեր պետությանը, մեր ժողովրդի, մեր ընտանիքների անվտանգությանը։ Նոր տարում՝ սկսվող նոր տասնամյակի շեմին, մերժել է պետք հասարակությունը բաժանելու բոլոր փորձերն ու միտումները, և պահպանել համերաշխությունը՝ հանուն ընդհանուր, կայուն ապագայի։

Մաղթում եմ, որ 2020-ը լինի իրական ձեռքբերումների տարի։ Փոփոխությունները, որոնց կարիքը մինչ օրս հանրությունը զգում է, պետք է արվեն հանուն և ի շահ երկրի։ Հատուկ շնորհավորում եմ մեր ուժային կառույցներում ծառայող սպաների և նրանց ընտանիքների նոր տարին։ Հայրենասիրությունը և պատասխանատվությունը պետության հանդեպ ձեր արյան մեջ է։ Սկսվող տարում ձեզ մաղթում եմ անվտանգ ծառայություն և ընտանեկան երջանկություն։ Դիմում եմ նաև սահմանին կանգնած մեր զինվորներին. Տղե՛րք, այս տոնական օրերի հերոսները դո՛ւք եք։ Դո՛ւք եք ապահովում այսօրվա խաղաղությունը։

 
Ոչ մի վայրկյան չմոռանաք, որ բոլորս ձեր կողքին ենք, և վտանգի դեպքում միասին նոր հաղթանակներ ենք կերտելու։ Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ մաղթելով ամենալավն ու բարին։ Ոչինչ և ոչ ոք չի կարող մեր մեջ բաժանումներ և անվստահություն սերմանել։ Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, Թույլ տվեք մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորել բոլորիդ Ամանորն ու Սուրբ ծնունդը։ Խաղաղություն մեր երկրին, բարեկեցություն մեր ընտանիքներին»։
