Դիրքապահների կողմից ստացվող գումարը ոչ միայն չի նվազել, այլեւ էականորեն ավելացել է. Փաշինյան
SOCIETYԴիրքապահների պարգեւատրումների շուրջ առաջացած աղմուկի վերաբերյալ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարկ է համարել արձանագրել հետեւյալը.
1. 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Պաշտպանության նախարարության աշխատավարձի գծով նախատեսված ծախսերի խնայողությունների հաշվին դիրքապահներին վճարվել է միջինը 60 հազար դրամ միանվագ պարգեւավճար:
2. Խնայողությունները առաջացել են տարբեր հանգամանքների բերումով. թափուր աշխատատեղեր, հաստիքակազմի արդյունավետության բարձրացում եւ այլն:
3. 2019 թվականի արդյունքներով՝ 2-րդ կետում նշված հանգամանքների որոշ չափով կարգավորման և, հատկապես, 2019 թվականի կեսից բանակում աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման արդյուքնում (միջինում տասը տոկոսով բարձրացել են բոլոր զինծառայողների աշխատավարձերը, ավելացել են առանձնահատուկ պայմաններում ծառայություն իրականացնողներին տրվող հավելավճարները, վերանայվել են ժամկետային զինծառայողներին տրամադրվող դրամական ապահովության չափերը), խնայողությունների թիվը եղել է ավելի քիչ։ Արդյունքում, այս տարեվերջին պարգեւատրումների համար նախորդ տարվա 1.2 միլիարդ դրամի փոխարեն հնարավոր է եղել հատկացնել 500 միլիոն դրամ, որով խրախուսվել են միայն լավագույնները:

Այս ամենի արդյունքում բոլոր դիրքապահների կողմից ստացվող գումարը ոչ միայն չի նվազել, այլեւ էականորեն ավելացել է: Երեկ Նոյեմբերյանի դիրքերում տեղում պարզեցի հարցը. նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին շարքային պայմանագրային դիրքապահները ստացել են 60 հազար դրամ պարգեւավճար: Իսկ այս տարվա հունիսից 18%-ով կամ շուրջ 25 հազար դրամով բարձրացել են վերջիններիս աշխատավարձերը և մոտ 8 հազար դրամով ավելացել են առաջնագծում ծառայության համար տրամադրվող հավելավճարները։ Նշված ավելացումների արդյունքում շարքային պայմանագրային դիրքապահների մաքուր ամսական դրամական ապահովության գումարներն աճել են շուրջ 23 հազար դրամով: Հունիսից այս կողմ, ուրեմն, փաստացի ստացել են 161 հազար դրամ ավելի գումար (հաշվարկի մեջ են մտնում հունիս-դեկտեմբեր ամսվա վճարումները): Ուշադրություն դարձրեք, որ խոսքն այս պարագայում միայն շարքային կազմի մասին է, օրինակ՝ սպայական կրտսեր կազմի համար ամսական աճը կազմել է մոտավորապես 70 հազար դրամ։
Եւ ուրեմն, այս տարի նախորդ տարվա միանվագ 60 հազարի փոխարեն շարքայինները ստացել են 161 հազար, ամենամսյա վճարումով (աճը՝ 168 տոկոս): Հաջորդ տարի նախորդ տարվա 60 հազարի փոխարեն կստանան 276 հազար դրամ, կրկին ամսական վճարումներով (աճը՝ 360 տոկոս): Հարց՝ ինչի՞ համար է աղմուկը եւ ովքեր են հեղինակները:
