INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻսրայելի վարչապետ Բինյամին Նեթանյահուն որոշել է խնդրել երկրի խորհրդարանին կոռուպցիայի գործով քրեական հետապնդումից իրեն անձեռնմխելիություն տրամադրել, հաղորդում է BBC-ը։ Այդ քայլն, ըստ ամենայնի, պարունակում է դատական լսումներ այդ գործով, եւ դրանք կտեղափոխվեն մարտին կայանալիք ընտրություններից հետո։
զՆոյեմբերին վարչապետին գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից մեղադրանք էր ներկայացվել կաշառակերության, խարդախության եւ երեք տարբեր դեպքերով վստահությունը չարաշահելու առնչությամբ։ Նեթանյահուն հերքում է իր հասցեին ուղղված բոլոր մեղադրանքները։ Նրան անհրաժեշտ է քնեսեթի պատգամավորների ավելի քան կեսի աջակցությունը դատավարության շրջանում անձեռնմխելիությունն ստանալու համար։
Նեթանյահուին մեղադրել էին, որ հարուստ գործարարներից նվերներ է ընդունել եւ առանձին ծառայություններ մատուցել մամուլում առավել ցանկալի լույսի ներքո ներկայացվելու փոխարեն։
Անձեռնմխելիություն ստանալու համար նա հեռուստաուղերձ է հղել։ Նեթանյահուն հայտարարել է, որ այդ գործընթացը օրենքին համապատասխան կլինի, իսկ իր նպատակը իսրայելցիներին եւ Իսրայելի ապագային ծառայելն է։
Մարտին սպասվում են տարվա ընթացքում երրորդ համընդհանուր ընտրությունները։
Դեռեւս անձեռնմխելիության խնդրանքով դիմումը դիտարկման փուլում է․ դատը չի կարող մեկնարկել։ Քնեսեթը, որը ցրել էին նախքան ընտրությունները, հազիվ թե կարողանա որեւէ որոշում կայացնել նախքան համընդհանուր քվեարկությունը։ Իսրայելի օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ խորհրդարանի անդամները դատավարությունից անձեռնմխելիությունչեն ստանա, սակայն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող են դիմել դրա համար։ Գործող վարչապետը պարտավոր է հրաժարական տալ միայն դատավճիռը կայացնելուց հետո։
Ապրիլին եւ սեպտեմբերին կայացած նախորդ ընտրություններից հետո Նեթանյահուի ղեկավարած «Լիկուդ» կուսակցությունն ու կենտրոնամետ «Յեշ Աթիդ»-ը չեն կարողացել ձեւավորել կառավարություն։ Նեթանյահուին առաջադրված մեղադրանքները լրջորեն խոչընդոտել են բանակցություններին։ Ինքը՝ Նեթանյահուն, մշտապես հայտարարել է, որ մեղադրանքները կրում են քաղաքական բնույթ։
