Ողբերգական ավտովթար Արագածոտնի մարզում. զոհերից մեկը ԱԺ պատգամավորի հայրն էր

Երեկ՝ հունվարի 2-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում: Ժամը 23:15-ի սահմաններում Արագածատոնի մարզի Փարպի գյուղի բնակիչ, 45-ամյա Ավետիս Նիկոլյանը իր վարած Mersedes մակնիշի 36 O X 625 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երեւան-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհի 30 կմ հատվածում դեպի Փարպի ընթանալիս, դեռեւս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի հանդիպակաց երթեւեկելի գոտի, բախվել հողաթմբին եւ մոտ 80 մետր մի քանի պտույտ շրջվելով, հայտնվել դաշտում:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է Samshyan.com-ը թարի հետեւանքով ավտոմեքենայի ուղեւոր, Փարպի գյուղի բնակիչ, 66-ամյա Լեւիկ Մովսիսյանը ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր ժամանած Աշտարակի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների կողմից նախ տեղափոխվել է «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղից էլ «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ մեկ ժամ անց, գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Աշտարակի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով: Փրկարարները օգտագործելով հատուկ տեխնիկա կարողացել են վարորդի դին դուրս բերել ավտոմեքենայից:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Վաչե Մալաքյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Հրանտ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաեւ ոստիկանության Արագածատնի մարզային վարչության պետ Վահան Աղգաշյանը եւ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանը:
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Տիգրան Գրիգորյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը, վարչության պետ Սամվել Սիմոնյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Գագիկ Առաքելյանի, եւ հատկապես կարեւոր գործերով քննիչ Ստեփան Սաֆարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փաստի առթիվ Ս. Սաֆարյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ մահացած Լ. Մովսիսյանը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանի հայրն էր: Ավտոմեքենան քննիչի որոշմամբ տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք
