Երիտասարդների համահայկական համաժողովում քննարկվել են երիտասարդության հիմնախնդիրները

նոյեմբերի 27-ից մասնակցում են «Ապագա» խորագրով երիտասարդների համահայկական երկրորդ համաժողովին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես» -ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, համաժողովը բացվել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ողջույնի ուղերձով, որը համաժողովի պատվիրակներին է փոխանցել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը։

Համաժողովի բացմանը ողջույնի խոսքով ելույթ են ունեցել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարը, Համաշխարհային հայկական կոնգրեսի փոխնախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանը, Նիժնի Նովգորոդի «Իմաստ» երիտասարդական ընկերակցության նախագահ Անի Մխիթարյանը։

Համաժողովի թեմատիկ քննարկումների ընթացքում «Երիտասարդական հիմնախնդիրները և երիտասարդական քաղաքականությունը ՀՀ-ում» թեմայով հանդես է եկել Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգող Կարեն Ավագյանը։ Նա ներկայացրել է բոլոր այն առաջնահերթությունները, որոնք ՀՀ պետական երիտասարդական քաղաքականության հիմքում են։

Կարեն Ավագյանն ընդգծել է, որ երիտասարդների հիմնախնդիրները չպետք է տարանջատել հասարակության ընդհանուր խնդիրներից։ «Մենք սոցիալական խնդիրները պետք է լուծենք հանրության բոլոր շերտերի համար, այդ թվում՝ երիտասարդության»,- ասել է Կարեն Ավագյանը։ Նա, մեջբերելով վերջերս ԿԳՆ կողմից անցկացված հարցումների արդյունքները, նշել է, որ երիտասարդության շրջանում ամենամեծ հիմնախնդիր այսօր գործազրկությունն է։ Ըստ Ավագյանի՝ պատճառը մասնագիտական ոչ ճիշտ կողմնորոշումն է, մինչ մասնագիտություն ընտրելն աշխատաշուկան ոչ հանգամանորեն ուսումնասիրելÕ ¨, ինչպես նաև ստացած մասնագիտությանը լավագույնս չտիրապետելը։ Այսօր կան բազմաթիվ թափուր աշխատատեղեր, որոնք այդպես էլ չեն լրացվում՝ բարձրակարգ մասնագետների պակասի պատճառով։ Նա ընգծել է, որ կրթված, գիտելիքներով և հմտություններով զինված մարդը միշտ տեղ ունի։

Կարեն Ավագյանը, խոսելով Հայաստանում կրթական ոլորտի առանձնահատկությունների մասին, հատկապես ընդգծել է վերջին տարիներին մեծ տեղ տրվող կարևորագույն բաղադրիչին. աշակերտներին, ուսանողներին սովորեցնում են՝ ինչպես սովորել, ինչն ավելի արդյունավետ է դարձնում գիտելիքի ձեռբերման գործընթացը։ Այս մեթոդը շատ կարևոր է տեղեկատվական հսկայական հոսքերի մեջ։ Կարեն Ավագյանը շեշտել է, որ մենք պետք է կարողանանք փոխել մեզ մոտ ձևավորված կաղապարները՝ մի բան է ակնկալել, թե դասախոսը գիտելիքը կծամի ու կմատուցի քեզ, այլ բան է, երբ պատանին կամ երիտասարդն ինքն է փորձում կրծել գիտության գրանիտը։ Երկրորդ տարբերակն այսօր ավելի ընդունելի ու արդյունավետ է։

Կարեն Ավագյանը խոսել է նաև երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին, մասնագետներին բնակարաններով ապահովելու պետական ծրագրի, երիտասարդ գիտնականներին, հասարակական կազմակերպություններին աջակցման մասին և այլն։

«Ապագա» խորագրով երիտասարդների համահայկական երկրորդ համաժողովը կազմակերպել են ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը, «Գալուստ Կյուլպենկյան» հիմնարկությունը և Նիժնի Նովգորոդի «Իմաստ» երիտասարդական ընկերակցությունը։
