Վիճաբանություն Զարթոնք գյուղում. 13 անձ բերման է ենթարկվել, 2-ը ձերբակալվել, 5-ն էլ հիվանդանոցում է
SOCIETYՀունվարի 3-ին, ժամը 00.30-ին, ոստիկանության Մեծամորի բաժնում հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Զարթոնք գյուղում վիճաբանություն է։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունից:
Դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խմբի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ ժամը 00.10-ի սահմաններում, ավտոմեքենան Զարթոնք գյուղում արագ վարելու պատճառով վեճ է առաջացել և վերածվել ծեծկռտուքի։ Տարբեր վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց է դիմել 5 անձ։
Վնասվել է նաև մի քաղաքացու «Մերսեդես Սպրինտեր» ավտոմեքենան:
Ծեծկռտուքին մասնակից լինելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Մեծամորի բաժին բերման է ենթարկվել 13 անձ։
Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ Զարթոնք գյուղում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ մի քաղաքացու դանակով հարվածել և մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել 31-ամյա, իսկ «Մերսեդես» ավտոմեքենային քարերով հարվածել և վնասել են 27 և 25-ամյա տղամարդիկ:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հունվարի 3-ին Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258 հոդվածի 3-րդ և 4-րդ մասերի /խուլիգանություն/ հատկանիշներով՝ 2 անձ ձերբակալվել է։
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն։
