Սարսափելի սպանություն Երեւանի կենտրոնում. խեղդամահ են արել 16-ամյա աղջկան
SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ հունվարի 5-ին, դաժան սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը:
Ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը ահզաանգել է ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն և հայտնել, որ կանչով մեկնել են Սայաթ-Նովա պողոտայի 15 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկը, որտեղ ննջասենյակում հայտնաբերել են երեխայի դի։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Գարիկ Ղուկասյանի, վարչության պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Ալիկ Մամիկոնյանի և նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ, ոստիկանության մայոր Վահե Մուշեղյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արման Պապյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ, ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի և ոստիկանության Մարաշի բաժանմունքի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժանմունքի պետի գլխավորությամբ։
Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Ահարոն Ներսիսյանի ու նույն վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված շենքի 3-րդ հարկի բնակարաններից մեկի ննջասենյակում՝ անկողնում, հայտնաբերել են 16-ամյա Ս. Կ-ի դին։ Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացությաան համաձայն՝ երեխան մահացել է խեղդամահ արվելու հետևւանքով։ Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ դեպքի վայր է ժամանել նաև Կենտոն և Նոր-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազ Վ. Ջանազյանը։ Փաստի առթիվ Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 104 հոդվաի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու, կատարողին կամ կատարողներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Դեպքի վայրում աշխատել են նաև ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձաքրեագետներն ու ոստիկանության պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության կինոլոգները։
