Տեսչական մարմինը խստորեն հորդորում է դասասենյակներում ապահովել առնվազն 18-22 աստիճան ջերմություն

ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը դպրոցներում ու մանկապարտեզներում դասապրոցեսի մեկնարկին ընդառաջ ուսումնական հաստատություններին խստորեն հորդորում է պահպանել ջեռուցման նորմերը, արգելվում է ջեռուցումը վառարաններով։ Այս մասին հայտնում են տեսչական մարմնից:

Առնվազն 18-22 աստիճան ցելսիուս ջերմաստիճան պետք է ապահովվի դասարաններում, ուսումնական կաբինետներում, դասախոսությունների լսարանում, գրադարանում, բուժկետում (բժշկի կաբինետ), մարզադահլիճի հանդերձարաններում, լաբորատորիաներում, խմբակային պարապմունքների սենյակներում, հանդիսությունների դահլիճում։ Տեսչական մարմինը հիշեցրել է դպրոցներում ջեռուցման ճիշտ կազմակերպման կանոնները: Առողջապահության նախարարի 12-Ն հրամանով սահմանվում են դպրոցներին ներկայացվող պահանջները: Հրամանը ստորագրվել է 2017 թվականի մարտի 28-ին: Օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտել նույն տարվա մայիսի 12-ից։ Նախարարի հրամանի 4-րդ գլխով սահմանվում են շահագործվող հաստատությունների օդի ջերմային ռեժիմին ներկայացվող պահանջները, որի համաձայն` հաստատությունում վառարանային ջեռուցում չի թույլատրվում: Հաստատության ուսումնական շենքերը լիարժեք օդափոխվում են դասամիջոցներին, իսկ ռեկրեացիաները` դասերի ընթացքում: Դասերի ավարտից հետո և դասերից առաջ, ինչպես նաև առաջին ու երկրորդ հերթափոխերի միջև ընդմիջման ժամանակ կատարվում է շենքերի միջանցիկ օդափոխություն: Միջանցիկ օդափոխության տևողությունը որոշվում է ելնելով եղանակային պայմաններից և համապատասխանում է հավելված 3-ում սահմանված պահանջներին: Հաստատության սենքերում ապահովվում է օդի հետևյալ ջերմաստիճանը.
1) դասարաններում, ուսումնական կաբինետներում, դասախոսությունների լսարանում, գրադարանում, բուժկետում (բժշկի կաբինետ), մարզադահլիճի հանդերձարաններում, լաբորատորիաներում, խմբակային պարապմունքների սենյակներում, հանդիսությունների դահլիճում` առնվազն 18-22 աստիճան ցելսիուս,

2) ուսումնական արհեստանոցներում, նախասրահում, հանդերձարանում և ռեկրեացիաներում ցուրտ եղանակային պայմաններում՝ առնվազն 18-20 աստիճան ցելսիուս, իսկ մարզադահլիճում՝ 17-19 աստիճան ցելսիուս:

 

Հաստատության մարզադահլիճում դասերի ժամանակ 5 աստիճան ցելսիուսից բարձր արտաքին ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում բացվում են մեկ-երկու պատուհան:

Ավելի ցածր ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում, մարզադահլիճում պարապմունքներն անցկացվում են բաց օդանցքներով, իսկ միջանցիկ օդափոխությունը կատարվում է դասամիջոցների ժամանակ՝ սովորողների բացակայությամբ:

Հաստատությունների շենքերում ապահովվում է օդի հարաբերական խոնավությունը` 40-60 տոկոսի սահմաններում:

Հաստատության տեխնոլոգիա առարկայի ուսուցման արհեստանոցներում, որտեղ հաստոցների և սարքավորումների վրա աշխատանքը կապված է ջերմության և փոշու արտազատման հետ, տեղադրվում է տեղային արտաձիգ մեխանիկական օդափոխություն:
