Ինչպես վարորդները կարող են վերականգնել միավորներն ըստ նոր բալային համակարգի
SOCIETY2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել տուգանային միավորների նոր համակարգ: Եթե վարորդի միավորները նվազում են մինչև 3 միավոր, ապա վարորդը կարող է թեստային քննություն հանձնել և լրացուցիչ 2 միավոր վաստակել։
«Վարորդի ընկեր» ՀԿ նախագահ Տիգրան Քեյանն ArmDaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ եթե թեստային քննությունը չկարողացավ հանձնել, ապա 6 ամիս հետո քաղաքացին կարող է ավտոմատ կերպով վերականգնել իր վկայականը։ «Եթե վարորդն այնպիսի խախտում է արել, որ զրկվել է վարորդական իրավունքից՝ 6 ամիս հետո միայն կարող է քննություն հանձնել՝ վերականգնելու համար վարորդական վկայականը»։
Վարորդական իրավունքից քաղաքացին կարող է մեկ տարով զրկվել այնպիսի խախտումների դեպքում, երբ գերազանցել է արագությունը և վարել է 81 և ավելի կիլոմետր ժամ արագությամբ, եթե վարել է կեղծված համարանիշներով կամ առանց համարանիշների, եթե չի ենթարկվել ճանապարհային ոստիկանի կանգառին։
Հիշենցնենք նաև, որ նոր համակարգը քրեական պատասխանատվություն է նախատեսում այնպիսի դեպքերում, երբ վարորդը երկրորդ անգամ երթևեկում է առանց վարորդական իրավունքի (առաջին անգանը ենթադրում է տուգանք 25 հազար դրամի չափով), ինչպես նաև երթևեկում է կասեցված վարորդական իրավունքով։
