«Մի քանի մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերող խախտում, որը ակնհայտ դրսևորվեց 16-ամյա աղջնակի սպանության համատեքստում։
Նախ կայքերը հրապարակեցին աղջնակի ննջասենյակի լուսանկարներ, որտեղ երևում էին նրա մարմնի դրվագներ։ Այդ լուսանկարները թույլ էին տալիս ենթադրություններ անել
աղջնակի անձնական կյանքի վեաբերյալ։
Ապա, ողջ համացանցը ողոեցին ենթադրյալ հանցագործի լուսանկարները՝ խախտելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը։
Զուգահեռներ տանելով նախորդ՝ ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից հրապարակված ֆեյք օգտատեր Դիանա Հարությունյանի վերաբերյալ հրապարակված տեսանյութի հետ ասեմ, որ այդ դեպքում իրավապահները գրագետ էին վարվել, չէր երևում անձի դեմքը, անգամ ձայնն էր փոխված։
Երկու դեպքերում էլ անձն ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք էր տվել, ընդ որում ԱԱԾ-ի հրապարակած տեսանյութում այդ ցուցմունքի տեքստն ինքնուրույն հնչեցվում էր։
Փաստացի մենք գործ ունենք ոչ միասնական մոտեցման հետ, ինչը հաճախ հանգեցնում է մարդու իրավունքների խախտման»։
