ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւանի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ տարադրամի փոխանակման կետի վրա իրականացված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ:

 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:

 

2020 թվականի հունվարի 04-ին Երեւան քաղաքի առեւտրի կենտրոններից մեկի անվտանգության աշխատակցից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 20:20-ի սահմաններում, ավազակային հարձակում է կատարվել առեւտրի կենտրոնում գործող տարադրամի փոխանակման կետի աշխատակցի նկատմամբ:

 

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը: Ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

 

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, դանակի գործադրմամբ, տարադրամի փոխանակման կետից ավազակությամբ ուրիշի գույքը հափշտակելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել տարադրամի փոխանակման կետի տարածք, հարձակվել փոխանակման կետի աշխատակիցներից մեկի վրա եւ դանակով անկանոն շարժումներ կատարելով՝ պահանջել իրեն հանձնել տարադրամի կետում եղած գումարները, սակայն հանդիպելով փոխանակման կետի՝ հիշյալ աշխատակցի, ինչպես նաեւ օգնության հասած վերջինիս գործընկերոջ դիմադրությանը՝ չի կարողացել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել եւ դեպքի վայրից դիմել է փախուստի:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ եւ 4-րդ կետերով:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը, ինչպես նաեւ՝ արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրում առկա տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության:

 

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական եւ դատաքրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ:

 

Իրականացված քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1987 թվականին: Վերջինս հայտնաբերվել է եւ ձերբակալվել՝ տարադրամի փոխանակման կետի վրա ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու կասկածանքով։

 

32-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ եւ 4-րդ կետերով:

 

Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
