Ողբերգական դեպք Կոտայքի մարզում. մայրը 4.5 ամսական տղային կերակրելիս նկատել է, որ նա չի շնչում
SOCIETYՀունվարի 9-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 10։20-ի սահմաններում Նոր -Հաճնի պոլիկլինիկայից ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ իրենց շենքի բակից բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը անգիտակից վիճակում «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխել տղա երեխայի, որտեղ պարզվել է, որ երեխան մահացած է։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ Սևան Քոչարյանը, ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի պետ Հայկ Թումանյանը և քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետ Գևորգ Նահապետյանն ու անչափահասների գործերով բաժանմունքի պետ Ալեքսանյանը։ Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Նոր - Հաճն քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 4.5 ամսական Արսեն Ա-ն էր, ում մայրը ցանկացել է կերակրել և նկատել է,որ երեխան չի շնչում։ Դիակի արտաքին զննությամբ բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։ Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաատվում։
Հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հնարավոր է՝ նախապատրաստված նյութերը փոխանցվի Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
