«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ մարզպետներից շատերը, որոնք նաեւ ղեկավարում են «Այո»-ի մարզային շտաբները, այս օրերին փորձում են տարբեր ճնշումներ գործադրել «Ոչ» ճակատի ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստների նկատմամբ:
«ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով, այս հարցում ամենաակտիվը Կոտայքի մարզպետ Կարո Գուլոյանն է: Նա անձամբ զանգահարում, իր մոտ է հրավիրում ընդդիմադիրներին եւ փորձում բացատրական աշխատանքներ տանել՝ հորդորելով չխանգարել իրենց, նաեւ՝ հանրաքվեի օրը տեղամասերում իրենց համար խոչընդոտներ չստեղծել, ձեռքի հետ երիտասարդ Գուլոյանը խոստովանում է, որ իրենց վրա «թիվ են դրել», ու այդ թիվը ամեն գնով պետք է «ապահովվի»:
Քանի որ Գուլոյանը ԲՀԿ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի փեսան է, երեկ «ՉԻ»-ն Ծառուկյանի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանից հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք Ծառուկյանը տեղյակ է Գուլոյանի գործունեությունից եւ ինչպես է վերաբերվում կատարվողին:
Տոնոյանի խոսքով, Ծառուկյանը տեւական ժամանակ է՝ գտնվում է արտերկրում, հետեւաբար չի կարող որեւէ առնչություն ունենալ մարզպետի գործունեությանը: «Կոտայքի մարզպետն առանձին ֆիգուր է, եւ ինքն է պատասխանատու իր արարքների համար»,-ասաց Տոնոյանը»:
