Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ ժամը 01:20-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի «Հայքի» հրապարակում ոստիկանության Պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության Վանաձորի պահպանության բաժնի ծառայողները՝ Մարատ Սահակյանն ու Գարիկ Հակոբյանը, նկատել են, որ մի խումբ անձինք կոպիտ կերպով խախտում են հասարակական կարգը և գետնին ընկած մի քաղաքացու ծեծում են:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկանները մոտենում են նրանց և պահանջում դադարեցնել խուլիգանական գործողությունները, սակայն նրանք հայհոյելով հարձակվում են ոստիկանության ծառայողների վրա՝ չենթարկվելով նրանց օրինական պահանջներին և ցուցաբերում են դիմադրություն: Այդ անձանց խուլիգանական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու և մոտակայքում ծառայություն կատարող ոստիկանության իրենց գործընկերներին օգնություն կանչելու նպատակով Մ. Սահակյանը իրեն ամրակցված ծառայողական հաշվեցուցակային «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից երեք անգամ օդ է կրակել: Սակայն դա նույնպես չի զգաստացրել երիտասարդներին և նրանք փորձել են Մ. Սահակյանից խլել զենքը:

Պողոսյանն աշխատում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Վանաձոր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի Վանաձորի բանտում, Մ. Պողոսյանն էլ աշխատում է Վանաձոր քաղաքի թիվ 18 դպրոցում՝ որպես ուսուցիչ:
