SOCIETYՄարալիկի ծննդատունը փակելը միանշանակ սխալ է, Առողջապահության նախարարությունն ընտրել է հեշտ տարբերակը՝ «չկա մարդ, չկա խնդիր» սկզբունքով: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարալիկի առողջության կենտրոնի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վռամ Մելիքյանը:
«Հիմա ցանկացած հիմնարկ հնարավոր է փակել՝ ամենահեշտ բանն է, մի ստորագրություն է՝ դնում են ու վերջ: Մինչդեռ կարելի էր զարգացնել ծննդատունը՝ նոր մասնագետներ հրավիրեին, գործիքները թարմացնեին: Բազմաթիվ տարբերակներ կային, որ կարելի էր մշակել, չափորոշիչները փոխել այն հիմնարկներում, որտեղ ծնունդները քիչ են լինում»,-ասաց Մելիքյանը՝ նշելով նաև, որ այդ առաջարկներն անձամբ ներկայացրել է նաև Առողջապահության նախարարությանը, բայց ապարդյուն:
«Նախարարության կողմից այս ընթացքում ծննդատունը զարգացնելու համար որևէ օժանդակություն չի եղել, թեև անձամբ բազմիցս դիմել եմ, որ սարքավորումներ տրամադրեն»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով Առողջապահության նախարարության՝ ծննդատունը փակելու հիմնավորմանը, թե ծնունդները քիչ են, Մելիքյանն ասաց. «Բնակչի որոշումն է՝ որ ծննդատուն գնալ: Ծնունդների պակասը մեր պատճառով չէ. քանի որ ծննդատունը հագեցած չէ համապատասխան սարքավորումներով, դրա համար էլ շատերն այլ ծննդատներից են օգտվում, մինչդեռ խնդիրը կարելի էր լուծել՝ Մարալիկի ծննդատունը զարգացնելով, ոչ թե փակելով»,-ասաց տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը:
Վերջինս, նշենք, Մարալիկում աշխատելու է տեղափոխվել Երևանից: Իր խոսքով՝ ցանկանում են զարգացնել հիվանդանոցը, սակայն, փաստորեն, ջանքերն արդյունք չեն տալիս: «Իմ աշխատանքի արդյունքում նաև սարքեր են նվիրել հիվանդանոցին, բայց պետությունը ոչնչով չի ուզում օգնել: Չգիտեմ՝ փակելով ինչ կլինի»,-ամփոփեց Վռամ Մելիքյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մարալիկի ծննդատան փակման պատճառով բնակիչները հունվարի 9-ին փակել էին Երևան-Գյումրի ճանապարհը: Բողոքի ակցիայից հետո Առողջապահության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները մարզպետարանում կլոր սեղան քննարկում են իրականացրել՝ առանց հիվանդանոցի աշխատակիցների մասնակցության: Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ եթե ծննդատան փակման մասին վերջնական հայտարարություն լինի, նրանք կրկին կփակեն Երևան-Գյումրի ճանապարհը:
