POLITICSՆոր «փիլիսոփայության» արդյունքում երեխաները մնացել են փողոցում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով թիվ 92 մանկապարտեզին, որը հունվարի 8-ից դռները փակել է ներառական կրթություն ստացող երեխաների առաջ:։
«Այս խնդրին վստահաբար քաղաքապետը ծանոթ է: Թիվ 92 մանկապարտեզը հունվարի 8-ից դռները փակել է ներառական կրթություն ստացող երեխաների առաջ: Որովհետև աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը դադարեցրել է մանկապարտեզի թվով 23 հատուկ խնամք ապահովող աշխատակիցների ֆինանսավորումը: Նախարարությունից պարզաբանում են, թե փոխել են ֆինանսավորման տրամաբանությունը և այդ խնդիր մասին ամիսներ առաջ տեղեկացրել են քաղաքապետարանին:
Ըստ էության, նախարարաությունը այլևս իր անելիքը չի տեսնում հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող երեխաներին փողոցում թողնելու խնդրում և հարցը տեղափոխել է քաղաքապետարանի դաշտ: Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ ես էլ քաղաքապետարանի մեղավորությունը չեմ տեսնում, որովհետև հարցը քննարկել եմ ավագանիների հետ և հիմա Երևանի ավագանին պիտի ինչ-որ լուծում գտնի այն դեպքում, երբ քաղաքի այս տարվա բյուջեով նման ծախս պարզապես նախատեսված չի:
Հիմա ես չգիտեմ ով ինչի համար է մեղավոր և ի՞նչ նոր սողոմոնյան փիլիսոփայություն է դրված ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելում, որ քաղաքապետարանն ու հասարակական որևէ կազմակերպություն չի «ֆայմել» դիմի նախարարությանը, բայց մեկ բան հստակ է` մանկապարտեզ հաճախող հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող երեխաների հարցը պիտի լուծվի և վերջ:
Պատրաստ եմ հարցը քննարկել նախարարության, քաղաքապետարանի և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մասնակցությամբ, ով ևս այս խնդրին տեղյակ է»,-նշել է նա:
