2019-ին բյուջեի եկամուտները գերակատարվել են 105 մլրդ դրամով. Դավիթ Անանյան

2019 թվականի պետական բյուջեի հիմքում դրված է եղել 6 տրլն 756 մլրդ դրամ ՀՆԱ ցուցանիշ, որի 1 տրլն 401 մլրդ 900 մլն դրամը կամ 20,75 տոկոսը ծրագրավորվել է որպես հարկային եկամուտներ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունվարի 13-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը:

 

Նրա խոսքով, սա նշանակում է, որ 2019 թվականի ընթացքում գեներացնելու ենք շուրջ 6,7 տրլն դրամ ՀՆԱ, որի 20,75 տոկոսը հարկերի ձեւով վերաբաշխվելու է հասարակության մեջ. եթե ընթացքում պարզվում է, որ եկամուտներն ավելին են լինելու, կառավարությունը կատարում է ծրագրային ցուցանիշի ճշգրտումներ:

 

«Մենք հին դեբետային պարտքի վերադարձի գործընթաց սկսեցինք: Մասնավորապես, հոկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ այդ պարտքը եղել է 56,4 մլրդ դրամ, որից մինչեւ տարեվերջ վերադարձվել է 42,8 մլրդ դրամը»,-ասաց Անանյանը:

 

ՊԵԿ նախագահը ընդգծեց, որ 2019 թվականի բյուջեի փաստացի կատարողականը 1 մլրդ 464 մլրդ 300 մլն դրամ է, եթե հաշվի ենք առնում 42,8 մլրդ դրամի վերադարձը: «Եթե դա հաշվի չենք առնում, ապա փաստացի կատարողականը 1 տրլն 507 մլրդ դրամ է, կամ գերակատարումը կազմում է 105,2 մլրդ դրամ: Սա, ըստ էության, ամանորյա ելույթում վարչապետի կողմից հնչեցրած ավելի քան 100 մլրդ դրամի գերակատարման ցուցանիշն է»,-ասաց նա:

 

Անանյանը նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ ՊԵԿ-ն այլեւս եռամսյակային պլաններ չի սահմանում, որովհետեւ ՊԵԿ-ի նպատակը պլաններ կատարելը չէ, այլ իրական կյանքին համապատասխան հարկեր հավաքագրելը:

 

«Մենք օգնել ենք մեր հարկ վճարողներին, որ նրանք հայտարարագրեն 1 տրլն 650 մլրդ դրամի հարկային պարտավորություն, որի արդյունքում հնարավորություն ենք ունեցել հարկատուներին վերադարձնել 170,4 մլրդ  դրամի հարկ եւ մարել նախկինից եկած գերավճարների գծով մեր պարտքերը»,-ասաց նա:
