Բացահայտվել է 22-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից կատարված դանակահարության դեպքը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 22-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից առերեւույթ կատարված դանակահարության դեպքը: Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 08:50-ին, Երեւան քաղաքի «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «գոտկային շրջանի կտրած» վերք ախտորոշմամբ նշված բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել 23–ամյա Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 04:00-ից 06:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Երեւան քաղաքի Նոր Նորքի 5-րդ զանգվածի Գալշոյան 16-րդ շենքի հարակից տարածքում գտնվող ավտոտնակի մոտ, միմյանց ողջագուրվելով բարեւելու հարցի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում, 22-ամյա երիտասարդը դանակով հարվածել է իր ծանոթ՝ Երեւան քաղաքի 23-ամյա բնակչին՝ վերջինիս առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ պատճառելով ծանր վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ` 22-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
Կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ, այդ թվում` դեպքի վայրի զննություն, վերցվել է հանցագործության գործիք դանակը:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական եւ դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություներ:
