Ավստրալիայի բանկը անտառային հրդեհներից երկրի ուղղակի վնասները գնահատել է 3,5 մլրդ դոլար
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱվստրալիայի տնտեսության ուղղակի վնասները անտառային հրդեհներից հետո կկազմեն շուրջ 3,5 մլրդ դոլար: Այս կանխատեսումը հունվարի 13-ին հրապարակել Է Ավստրալիայի խոշորագույն ֆինանսավարկային կազմակերպություններից մեկը՝ Westpac բանկը:
«Հունվարի 10-ի դրությամբ Ավստրալիայի ապահովագրական ընկերություններում 10,55 հազար հայց Է տրվել շուրջ 939 մլն ավստրալական դոլար (645,6 մլն դոլար) ընդհանուր ապահովագրական արժեքով»,-ասված Է հաղորդագրության մեջ: Ինչպես իրենց կանխատեսման նշում են բանկի փորձագետները, չապահովագրված կորուստները, որոնք պետական փոխհատուցում են պահանջում, «մոտավորապես կրկնակի գերազանցում են ապահովագրված վնասները»:
Այսպիսով, հաշվի առնելով իշխանությունների կողմից արդեն հատկացված 2 մլրդ ավստրալական դոլարը (1,4 մլրդ դոլար), «աղետի ընդհանուր արժեքն այսօրվա դրությամբ հավանաբար կկազմի մոտավորապես 5 մլրդ ավստրալական դոլար (3,54 մլրդ դոլար)»: Ինչպես նշում են Westpac-ի փորձագետները, հրդեհները, որոնք ճարակել են մայրցամաքի ամենախտաբնակ շրջաններից մեկը, խիստ բացասական ազդեցություն են ունեցել գյուղատնտեսության վրա: Սակայն, ինչպես ասված Է կանխատեսման մեջ, առավել մեծ վնասը պետք Է սպասել երկրի զբոսաշրջության ճյուղում:
Ավստրալիայի համերկրային կառավարությունը մոտավորապես 35 մլն դոլար կհատկացնի անտառային հրդեհներից հետո մայրցամաքի վայրի բնության վերականգնմանը: Ինչպես հունվարի 13-ին նշել Է շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության նախարար Սյուզան Լեյը, այդ գումարի կեսը ծախսվելու Է կենդանիների, այդ թվում՝ կոալաների պոպուլյացիաների վերականգման վրա:
«Այսօր ես հայտարարել եմ՝ որպես բնության եւ վայրի կենդանիների բնակության միջավարի վերականգնման արտակարգ միջոցառում, 50 մլն ավստրալական դոլար (34,8 մլն դոլար) հատկացնելու մասին, ինչպես նաեւ այն բանի համար, որ օժանդակություն ցուցաբերվի գիտնականների, բնապահպանների եւ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների աշխատանքին»,- նշված Է գերատեսչության ղեկավարի հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակված Է Twitter-ում նրա Էջում: Ընդգրկուն անտառային հրդեհներն Ավստրալիայի արեւելյան ծովեզերքին սկսվել են անցյալ տարվա հոկտեմբերի կեսերին: Կրակն զգալի տարածքներ Էր ճարակել մայր ցամաքի հարավ - արեւելքում՝ Նոր Հարավային Ուելսի եւ Վիկտորիայի նահանգներում, հարավային ափի մի քանի տարածաշրջաններ փակ են զբոսաշրջիկների համար, իսկ դրանց բնակիչներն շտապ տարահանման կարգադրություն են ստացել: Հրդեհների հետեւանքով մայր ցամաքում ոչնչացել Է ավելի քան 8,5 միլիոն հեկտար անտառ, շուրջ 3 հազար բնակելի տուն եւ ավելի քան 6 հազար վարչական եւ տնտեսական շինություն: 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերից կրակի ճիրաններում զոհվել Է 26 մարդ, այդ թվում չորս հրշեջ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
