Կոտայքում խնջույքի ժամանակ 37-ամյա տղամարդը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, իր մոտ եղած հրազենից օդում 3 կրակոց է արձակել, ապա ավտոմեքենայում նույն ատրճանակով անզգուշությամբ կրակել իր ոտքին

ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ խուլիգանության և 37-ամյա տղամարդու՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 22-ին՝ ժամը 07:20-ին, Երևան քաղաքի «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «ձախ ծնկի շրջանի հրազենային վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1982 թվականին, ով հայտնել է, որ նշված վնասվածքն ստացել է Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գյուղի կամրջի մոտ գտած զենքով ինքն իրեն կրակելու արդյունքում:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են մի շարք, այդ թվում՝ տղամարդու՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 37-ամյա տղամարդը 2019 թ. դեկտեմբերի 21-ին մասնակցել է Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող ռեստորանային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած խնջույքին, որի ժամանակ վերջինս, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, խնջույքի մասնակիցների նկատմամբ իր անձի առավելությունը ընդգծելու մոլուցքով տարված, իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող հրազենից օդում երեք կրակոց է արձակել՝ վնասվելով սրահի առաստաղը և պատերը, խնջույքի մասնակիցների մոտ ձևավորվելով վախի և տագնապի մթնոլորտ, խաթարելով ռեստորանային համալիրի բնականոն գործունեությունը, այնուհետև իրեն պատկանող «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հեռացել է և ավտոմեքենայում նույն ատրճանակով անզգուշությամբ կրակել իր ձախ ոտքին` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են լայնածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, կատարվել են դեպքի վայրի զննություններ և խուզարկություններ, ինչի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող «BERETTA» տեսակի մարտական հրազենը, այդ հրազենից արձակված պարկուճը, առգրավվել են նաև 37-ամյա տղամարդու հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները և ապացուցողական նշանակություն ունեցող այլ կարևոր իրեր և առարկաներ:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական և դատաձգաբանական:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
