«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․ 

Տևական ժամանակ է՝ բավականին հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են ընթանում ՀՀ ուժային կառույցների շուրջ, որոնք հիմնականում պայմանավորված են այդ համակարգերում համակարգային փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությամբ, որը ցանկանում են իրականացնել գործող իշխանությունները։ Պատահական չէ, որ այս թեման պատեհ առիթի դեպքում դառնում է լայն քննարկման առարկա և իշխանությանը սպասարկող քաղհասարակության կողմից սուր քննադատության ենթարկվում։ 

«Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ իշխանությունների տեսլականում ներկա փուլում ներդրվել է նոր օրակարգ, ըստ որի, նախատեսվում է լուրջ «վեթթինգ» իրականացնել ԱԱԾ-ում և ոստիկանությունում։ 

Սա առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ իշխանությանը սպասարկող քաղհասարակության սեկտորը տարբեր առիթներով այնքան առաջ քաշեց լ յուստրացիայի և թափանցիկ գործունեության թեման՝ շարունակ պնդելով այն թեզը, թե չեն վստահում այս երկու ուժային համակարգերին, որ իշխանությունները ձեռնամուխ են լինելու նման քայլերի։ 

Մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, թեման առավել ակտուալ է դարձել վերջին օրերի զարգացումներից հետո՝ կապված ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանին առնչվող աղմուկի հետ: 

Պատահական չէ, որ վերջին օրերին հայտնի հոդվածի հետ կապված՝ քաղհասարակության որոշ ներկայացուցիչներ ու իշխանամերձ շրջանակներ խիստ ոգևորվել էին ու նորից քննարկումներ սկսել այս թեմայով
