Ալզիրան դարձավ Իսպանիայի 12-րդ քաղաքը, որը ճանաչեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը

Ալզիրան դարձավ Իսպանիայի թագավորության 12-րդ քաղաքը, որը ճանաչեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունըալենսիայի մարզի Ալզիրա քաղաքը լրացրեց իսպանական այն 11 քաղաքների շարքը, որոնք պաշտոնապես ճանաչել են Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Այս մասին «Հայերն այսօր»-ին հայտնում են Վալենսիայի «Արարատ» հայկական միությունից:
Նոյեմբերի 25-ին Ալզիրայի քաղխորհրդի նիստում բոլոր 5 կուսակցությունները («Կոմպրոմիս», Սոցիալիստական, Ժողովրդական, «Ձախ Միություն» և «Սիուդադանոս») միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեցին Արարատ հայկական միության ներկայացրած բանաձևին՝ 20-րդ դարի առաջին սպանդը որակելով ցեղասպանություն եզրույթով և դատապարտելով Թուրքիայի ժխտողական քաղաքականությունը:
Նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ, քաղաքապետ Դիեգո Գոմեսը հայկական միության ներկայացուցիչներին խոստացավ՝ բանաձևը հասցնել այլ կառավարություններին և հատկապես՝ Վալենսիայի և Իսպանիայի խորհրդարաններ: Այս հանդիպումը, որին հայկական միության կողմից ներկա էին նախագահ Արարատ Ղուկասյանը, միության անդամներ Սերգեյ Ղաղրամանյանն ու Արսեն Աբասյանը, հնարավոր էր դարձել հենց վերջինիս շնորհիվ:
Քաղխորհրդի նիստին ներկա էին հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ: Նախքան բանաձևը քվեարկության դնելը, նախագահ Արարատ Ղուկասյանը հակիրճ ներկայացրեց ցեղասպանության հետևանքներն ու պատճառները, օրվա պատմական նշանակությունը և Թուրքիայի կողմից իրագործած ոճիրը ճանաչելու անհրաժեշտությունն ու կարևորությունը բոլոր պետական կառույցների կողմից: Այնուհետև Ղուկասյանը քաղաքապետ Դիեգո Գոմեսին (Diego Gomez) նվիրեց 100-րդ տարելիցի խորհրդանիշ անմոռուկի կրծքանշանը՝ հորդորելով չմոռանալ և շարունակել պայքարը մինչև տրամաբանական ավարտը:
Քվեարկությունից հետո, Երևանի պետական կոնսերվատորիայի առաջին կուրսի ուսանող, ջութակահար Էդմոնդ Հովհաննիսյանը խորհդականներին և ներկաներին հրամցրեց Կոմիտասի «Կռունկը», որին հետևեցին բուռն ծափահարությունները:
Եվ այսպես, Ալզիրան դարձավ Իսպանիայի թագավորության 12-րդ քաղաքը, որը ճանաչեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Ո՞վ է հաջորդը:
