Ռուս զինծառայողի կողմից սպանված գյումրեցի կնոջ գործով դատական նիստը կրկին հետաձգվեց
SOCIETYԳյումրիում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի զինծառայողի կողմից սպանված Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանի գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց չորրորդ անգամ: Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանում հունվարի 14-ին կայանալու էր Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանի մահվան գործով դատական նիստը։ Մինչ նիստի մեկնարկը, դատարանը գրություն էր ստացել ոստիկանությունից այն մասին, որ դասակի ծանրաբեռնվածության պատճառով ամբաստանյալի ներկայությունն ապահովել հնարավոր չէր: Դատական նիստը նախագահող Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Ադրինե Ղուկասյանի որոշմամբ դատը հետաձգվեց: «Քրեական օրենսգրքի 303 հոդվածի համաձայն՝ ամբաստանյալի՝ նիստին չներկայանալու դեպքում, գործի քննությունը հետաձգվում է, այս պարագայում հաշվի առնելով և ղեկավարվելով ՀՀ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 310, 302, 303, 304 և 312 հոդվածներով, դատարանը որոշեց գործի քննությունը հետաձգել, նշանակել դատական նոր նիստ և պատշաճ կարգով ծանուցելով դատավարության մյուս մասնակիցներին դատական հաջորդ նիստի տեղի ու ժամանակի մասին»,-նշեց դատավորը՝ հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակելով փետրվարի 4-ին:
Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին` ժամը 7-ի սահմաններում, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, գտնվելով Գյումրի քաղաքի Մայակովսկի փողոցում և տեսնելով նույն փողոցով քայլող Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1961 թվականին ծնված Ջուլիետա Ստյոպայի Ղուկասյանին, հետևել է նրան: Ռազգիլդեևը, հասնելով Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանին, դիտավորությամբ բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա գլխին և մարմնի տարբեր մասերին` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ անզգուշությամբ առաջացնելով Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանի մահը: Նա դեպքի վայրից ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով «Գյումրի շտապբուժօգնություն ծառայություն» ՓԲ ընկերության ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ նույն օրը` ժամը 11:30-ին, մահացել է:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության 102-րդ բազայի զինծառայող Անդրեյ Ռազգիլդեևի գործով նախորդ դատական նիստերից երկուսը հետաձգվել էին դատախազի, մյուսը դատավորի բացակայության պատճառով:
