SOCIETYՈստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում երեկ՝ հունվարի 14-ին, Արաբկիր վարչական տարածքում տեղի ունեցած խուլիգանության փաստով։
Ժամը 11։40-ի սահմաններում Վահրամ Փափազյան և Հովսեփ Էմին փողոցների խաչմերուկում ճանապարհը չզիջելու պատճառով վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 39-ամյա Գառնիկ Բալասանյանի և մեկ այլ՝ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի միջև։
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը քաշքշել է Գ. Բալասանյանին, նրա հասցեին հնչեցրել առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցնելու սպառնալիք, որից հետո ավտոմեքենայի սրահից հանել է դանակը և հարձակվել նրա վրա, իսկ վերջինիս ուղևորը մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է Գ. Բալասանյանին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ և այդ ամենը զուգորդվել է հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքով։
Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները, տաք հետքերով ձեռնարկելով օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, պարզել են, որ Opel-ը հանդիսանում է 50 DD 088 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, և նշված միջադեպի ժամանակ այն վարել է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ՝ 67-ամյա Հակոբ Մովսիսյանը, իսկ ուղևորը եղել է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ՝ 62-ամյա Կորյուն Մովսիսյանը։
Վերջիններիս քրեական հետախույզները հայտնաբերել են Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում և բերման ենթարկել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին։
Աղբյուրի՝ նրանք եղբայրներ են, իսկ Գ. Բալասանյանը ոստիկաններին հայտնել է, որ ինքն աշխատում է «Շտապօգնություն» ՓԲԸ-ի թիվ 2 ենթակայանում՝ որպես բժիշկ։
