ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ քաղաքացիները փոխադարձ այցեր կարող են կատարել առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի
SOCIETY2020թ. հունվարի 19-ին ուժի մեջ կմտնի «ՀՀ կառավարության և ՉԺՀ կառավարության միջև սովորական անձնագրեր կրող անձանց համար մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջի փոխադարձության սկզբունքով վերացման մասին» համաձայնագիրը, տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Համաձայնագրի ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվանից սովորական վավեր անձնագիր կրող ՀՀ քաղաքացիները և Չինաստանի սովորական վավեր անձնագիր կրող ՉԺՀ քաղաքացիները միմյանց երկրների տարածք մուտք գործելիս, դուրս գալիս կամ տարանցիկ երթևեկելիս կազատվեն մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից՝ մուտք գործելու օրվանից (անձնագիրը պետք է ունենա առնվազն 6 ամսվա վավերականություն) մինչև 90 օր ժամկետով՝ ցանկացած 180 օր ժամանակահատվածի ընթացքում:
Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք մտադիր են մուտք գործել և գտնվել միմյանց երկրների տարածքում 90 օրը գերազանցող ժամկետով՝ ցանկացած 180 օր ժամանակահատվածի ընթացքում, կամ մեկնել միմյանց երկրներ՝ աշխատելու, սովորելու, երկարաժամկետ բնակվելու, լրագրությամբ կամ այլ գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու նպատակով, պետք է նախապես դիմեն համապատասխան երկրի դեսպանություն մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալու համար՝ համաձայն երկու երկրների ներքին օրենքների և կարգավորումների:
Ուշադրություն. 2019թ. մարտի 3-ից ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ Հոնկոնգ հատուկ վարչական շրջանի միջև գործում է առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի ռեժիմ՝ 30 օր՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների և 180 օր՝ ՉԺՀ Հոնկոնգի անձնագրեր կրողների համար:
2016թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 19-ից ՀՀ և ՉԺՀ Մակաո հատուկ վարչական շրջանի միջև գործող մուտքի արտոնագրերի ազատականացման մասին համաձայնագրով երկու կողմերի քաղաքացիներն ազատվում են մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից 90 օր ժամկետով՝ 365 օր ժամանակահատվածի համար:
