SOCIETY«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․
2020 թվականի գնումների պլաններն ուսումնասիրելիս «Փաստը» պարզեց, որ Լոռու մարզի Մարգահովիտի համայնքապետարանն այս տարի ցանկանում է դիատար մեքենա, խոսակցական լեզվով ասած՝ «կատաֆալկա» գնել։
Համաձայնեք՝ գոնե առաջին հայացքից անսովոր գնում է։ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում համայնքի ղեկավար Սամվել Անանյանը հաստատեց, որ նման ցանկություն ունեն, և բացատրեց, թե ինչու է համայնքապետարանը որոշել դիատար մեքենա ձեռք բերել։
«Գյուղ տեղ է, մարդիկ որ մահանում են, Վանաձորից են մեքենա կանչում։ Նախ՝ մահացածին պետք է տանեն Վանաձորում գտնվող դիահերձարանը, «կատաֆալկան» կանչում են, գալիս է, մահացածին տեղափոխում դիահերձարան, հետո այնտեղից բերում է գյուղ։
Հաջորդ օրը մեքենան նորից գալիս է գյուղ, որ այստեղից մահացածին տեղափոխի գերեզմանոց։
Ովքեր հնարավորություն ունեն, այս կերպ են վարվում։ Իսկ ովքեր չունեն, կարելի է ասել, մահացածին տեղափոխում են բեռնատար մեքենայով, և շատ տհաճ բան է ստացվում»,- ասում է Անանյանն՝ ընդգծելով, որ մարդիկ ահագին գումար են ծախսում սրա համար։
Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք մեքենան անվճար հիմունքներով է ծառայելու համայնքի բնակիչներին, Անանյանը նշեց՝ երբ մեքենան ձեռք բերեն, ավագանին այդ հարցը կորոշի։
«Կարող է չնչին գումար նախատեսվի, որովհետև այդ մեքենան պետք է վարորդ ունենա և վառելիք ծախսի։ Այս պահին այդ մեքենան գնելու հնարավորություն չունենք էլ։
Եթե ունենանք, ապա ամռանը, մեքենայի գինն էլ շուկան կորոշի։ Ինձ թվում է՝ այնքան էլ թանկ չի լինի»,-եզրափակեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
