Արարատի մարզում Opel-ը բախվել է երկաթե գովազդային սյանը և մեջտեղից կիսվել. կան զոհեր
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ հունվարի 17-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 18։00-ի սահմաններում Opel Astra մակնիշի 36 GR 394 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի 34 կմ հատվածում դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում բախվել է երկաթե արգելապատնեշներին, մոտ 20 մետր առաջ ընթացել, բախվել երկաթե գովազդային վահանակի սյանը։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, բախման հետևանքով ավտոմեքենան մեջտեղից կիսվել է և շպրտվել տարբեր կողմեր։
Վթարի հետևանքով 2 հոգի ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ քաղաքացիների օգնությամբ դուրս են բերվել ավտոմեքենայից, և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Արտաշատի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների կողմից ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արթուր Զաքարյանի ուղեկցությամբ տեղափոխվել են Արտաշատի բժշկական կենտրոն։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի համանատար Գրիգոր Պողոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Կարապետ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էր ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի ավագ հետաքննիչ Մարգար Մարգարյանը, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ ստացվեց, որ վիրավորները, վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել են։
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Կարեն Գյուլումյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Ամբակունի Գրիգորյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննիչ Նարեկ Սաֆարյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Փաստի առթիվ Ն. Սաֆարյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդի, մահացածների ինքնությունը։
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատերը գտնվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում, իսկ ավտոմեքենան տանից փախցրել էր նրա 16-ամյա տղան, իսկ մահացածներից մեկը Արարատ քաղաքի Ոսկու կորզման ֆաբրիկայի Բանավան թաղամասի բնակիչ՝ 19-ամա Հայկ Սարգսյանն էր։
Ավտոմեքենան քննիչի հանձնարարականով քարշակի միջոցով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
