SOCIETYԱդրբեջանում հայատյացությունը խրախուսում եւ աջակցություն է վայելում պետական, բարձրաստիճան մակարդակով: Այս մասին այսօր` հունվարի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:
«Նաեւ շատ խնդրահարույց է, այն որ այդ հայատյացությունը որպես պետական քաղաքականություն այն օգտագործելով իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ են տարածվում միջազգային կազմակերպություններում Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ եւ մեր կարեւոր առաքելություններից է` թույլ չտալ, որ այդ կեղծիքը տարածվի, առավել եւս, ես կարծում եմ, որ իրականությունը մեր կողմն է` ինքնորոշման հետ կապված հարցերում»,-ասաց նա:
ՄԻՊ-ը նշեց, որ 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմը այն օրինակներից էր, որ ակնհայտորեն ցույց տվեց այդ ատելության հետեւանքները:
«Առաջին պահերից սկսած մենք ունեինք դաժանություններ, Թալիշ գյուղում տարեց զույգը` Վալերիկ Խալափյան, Ռամզելա Վարդանյան, Մարուսյա Խալափյան, ովքեր դաժան վերաբերմունքի արժանացան, կենդանության օրոք ականջներն էին կտրվել եւ այլն: Մեր զինվորների գլխատումները, ավելին հայասպանության որքան դեպքեր մենք ունենք, երբվ խրախուսում են: Ակնհայտ օրինակ էր նաեւ, որ պաշտպանության բանակի զինվոր Քյարամ Սլոյանը գլխատվեց եւ այդ գլխատված գլուխը ականջներից բռնած ադրբեջանցի զինվորը նկարվում էր եւ որքան խրախճանք էր իերնց սոցիալական ցանցերում եւ այդ մարդը դա ցուցադրում է ադրբեջանական գյուղերում եւ ամենուր ծափահարություններ են հնչում եւ վերջում էլնա պարգեւատրվեց ղեկավարության կողմից: Սրանք օրինակներ են, որ ցույց են տալիս պետական մակարդակով հայատյացության խրախուսումը եւ այս միջոցառումը կարեւոր է, որ մենք սա ներկայացնենք մեր միջազգային գործընկերներին»,-ասաց նա:
