Դանակահարություն՝ Սարի Թաղում. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նույն թաղամասի 47-ամյա բնակչին

ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ Սարի Թաղում 40-ամյա տղամարդու առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցնելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 20:55-ին, «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «Էպիգաստրալ շրջանի կտրած-ծակած, որովայնի խոռոչի թափանցող վերք՝ լյարդի և ստամոքսի վնասումով, ձախ թուլակողի կտրած-ծակած, որովայնի խոռոչ չթափանցող» վերք ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել տղամարդ՝ ծնված 1979 թվականին:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքում՝ Սարի Թաղի տներից մեկի դիմաց, տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը նախ բռունցքով հարվածել է 40-ամյա տղամարդու դեմքի շրջանին, ապա՝ իր մոտ գտնված դանակով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին՝ պատճառելով առողջության ծանր վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդհոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ: 40-ամյա տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ առերես հարցաքննություն, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:
Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է նույն թաղամասի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1972 թվականին. նա ձերբակալվել է՝ 40-ամյա տղամարդու առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու կասկածանքով: Վերջինս վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին է ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է քննչական փորձարարություն, որի ընթացքում մատնացույց է արել դեպքի վայրը և հայտնել դեպքի մի շարք մանրամասներ:
Տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքի բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Սարի թաղի՝ 47-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
