Գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին» օրենքի եւ կից նախագծերի փաթեթով առաջարկվում են նոր պաշտոններ դատախազությունում՝
- Գլխավոր դատախազի՝ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման ոլորտը համակարգող տեղակալ, դրույքաչափը՝ 12.50
ընդ որում՝ գլխավոր դատախազի մյուս տեղակալների դրույքաչափը գործող օրենքով 11.00 է
- «Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին» օրենքով նախատեսված գործառույթներ իրականացնող վարչության պետ, դրույքաչափը՝ 10.00
ըստ այդմ՝ հավանաբար նաեւ նոր վարչություն
- «Ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին» օրենքով նախատեսված գործառույթներ իրականացնող դատախազ, դրույքաչափը՝ 9.00
այս թիվն ավել է այլ դատախազների աշխատավարձից՝ Երեւանում՝ 1.00, մարզերում՝ 2.00 դրույքաչափով
