Սիսիանում երկու անձինք քաշքշել են ոստիկաններին, պոկել ուսադիրները եւ հարվածել. նրանք ձերբակալվել են

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ: Երկու անձ ձերբակալվել է։

 

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սիսիանի բաժնի ծառայողները զեկուցագրեր են ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2020թ. հունվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 22.30-ի սահմաններում, ծառայություն իրականացնելու ժամանակ, երկու անձինք չեն ենթարկվել ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների օրինական պահանջներին, անհիմն վիճաբանել են՝ այդ ընթացքում նաեւ բռնություն գործադրելով իրենց նկատմամբ:

 

 

ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության ծառայողների եւ ոստիկանություն Սիսիանի բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ ձեռնարկված համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են միջադեպի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ ոստիկանների նկատմամբ առերեւույթ բռնություն գործադրած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր Սիսիան քաղաքի բնակիչներ են՝ ծնված 1987 եւ 1982թթ.:

 

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2020թ. հունվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 22.30-ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ անձինք հանդիպել են Ոստիկանության Սիսիանի բաժնի աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր ծառայություն են իրականացրել Սիսիան քաղաքում, դիտողություն արել նրանց, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները պահանջել են համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնել:

 

Սակայն վերջիններս, չենթարկվելով ոստիկանության ծառայողի օրինական պահանջին, վիճաբանել են նրանց հետ, որի ընթացքում իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ կապված, երկու ոստիկանի նկատմամբ գործադրել են առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն, մասնավորապես՝ քաշքշել են, պոկել ուսադիրները եւ հարվածել:

 

Ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների եւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք հայտնաբերվել են եւ ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Նրանք ձերբակալվել են՝ ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու կասկածանքով:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի եւ հագուստների զննություններ, հարցաքննություններ, առերեսումներ:

 

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
