ՃՏՊ-ներից զոհերի թիվը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է 2-ով
VIDEOՃանապարհային ոստիկանությունում հունվարի 21-ին ամփոփվել են 2019 թվականին կատարված աշխատանքները։ Խորհրդակցությունը վարել է ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պետ Եգոր Կարապետյանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից։
«Ամփոփիչ զեկույց ներկայացրեց ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Նորիկ Սարգսյանը։ 2019 թվականին արձանագրվել է ճանապարհատրանսպորտային 4799 պատահար, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել է 341, վիրավորվել՝ 6801 քաղաքացի։ Զոհերի թիվը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է 2-ով։
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում տեսահսկող սարքերի և ճանապարհապարեկային ծառայության տեսուչների կողմից արձանագրվել և կազմվել է Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության բնագավառի իրավախախտման 1․959․170 որոշում, ինչը շուրջ 314․000-ով ավելի է քան 2018 թվականին։
Նվազ նշանակություն ունեցող խախտման համար կիրառվել է 298․645 նախազգուշացում՝ նախորդ տարվա 208․410-ի դիմաց։ Այլ պետություններում հաշվառված տրանսպորտային միջոցներով կատարված իրավախախտումների գործերով կայացվել է 112․732 որոշում, սահմանային անցակետերում ծանուցվել է 16․706 անձ։
Անցած տարի գերծանրաբեռնված են աշխատել հաշվառման-քննական ստորաբաժանումները, իրականացվել են բազմաթիվ ուղեկցումներ, ուժեղացված ծառայություններ։ Կատարված աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ զեկույցներ ներկայացրին նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության առաջին և երկրորդ սպայական գումարտակների հրամանատարները։
Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պետ Եգոր Կարապետյանը, ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատելով թվային տվյալները, վեր հանեց թերություններն ու բացթողումները, դարձրեց քննարկման առարկա։ Ավարտին՝ խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին տրվեցին կոնկրետ ցուցումներ ու հանձնարարականներ»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
