ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են 16 տարին չլրացած աղջկա հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ վերջինիս հայրը ձերբակալվել է:
2019 թվականի մայիսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 15:20-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանությունում ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է դիմել 14 տարին չլրացած անչափահաս՝ Արմավիրի մարզի բնակչուհի՝ ծնված 2005թ., ով գտնվել է 22-23 շաբաթական հղիության վիճակում:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 141-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում: Անչափահաս աղջիկը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում՝ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկացրել են, որ Արմավիրի մարզի անչափահաս բնակչուհին ծննդաբերել է:
Քրեական գործով կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, վերցվել են արյան փորձանմուշներ, նշանակվել դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:
Փորձաքննությունների արդյունքների համաձայն՝ երեխայի հայրը հանդիսանում է անչափահաս աղջկա հայրը: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Բաղրամյան գյուղում 13-ամյա աղջիկ է հղիացել, պտուղը մոտ հինգ ամսական է, գյուղում խոսում են, որ անչափահաս աղջկա հետ մի քանի անգամ սեռական հարաբերություններ են ունեցել համագյուղացի եւ համադասարանցի երկու տղա՝ 13 և 14 տարեկան: Աղջիկը պատմել է, որ համադասրանցիները բռնաբարել են իրեն։
