Գիտնականների համար դեռևս գաղտնիք է կանացի օրգազմի բնույթը։ Նրա վրա շատ գործոններ են ազդում՝ տրամադրությունից և ինքնագնահատականից սկսած և վերջացրած տնային գործերով։
Հետազոտողները մինչև հիմա չեն կարողանում պարզել, թե ինչն է նպաստում կամ խանգարում օրգազմին։ Միայն մեկ բան է հաստատ. oրգազմն օգտակար է առողջության համար և բավականին արդյունավետ է սթրեսի դեմ պայքարելու համար։ Պատմում ենք, թե ինչ նոր բացահայտումներ կան կանացի օրգազմի հետ կապված։
Օրգազմը պետք է ցանկանալ
Հոգեբանները և սեքսոլոգները հաճախ խորհուրդ են տալիս մոռանալ օրգազմի մասին և չփորձել հասնել դրան։ Համարվում է, որ հաճույքի վրա շատ կենտրոնացվածությունը սպանում է ցանկությունը և տալիս է հակառակ արդյունք։
Միևնույն ժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ի Միչիգան նահանգի համալսարանի հետազոտողների խումբը՝ Սթեյսի Գուսակովի գլխավորությամբ, ուսումնասիրել են հարյուրավոր կանանց ռեակցիաները և եկել եզրակացության։
Պարզվել է, որ եթե կինը սեքսի ժամանակ մտածում է օրգազմի մասին և այն դարձնում հարաբերության նպատակ, ապա նա ավելի հաճախ է հաճույք ստանում։ Սա նշանակում է. մի վախեցեք հաճույքի մասին մտածելուց։ Այս մտքերով օրգազմին չեք վախեցնի։

2019 թվականի նոյեմբերին նրանք հարցում են անցկացրել տարբեր տարիքի ավելի քան հազար կանանց շրջանում և եկել եզրակացության, որ կանայք ոչ միշտ են գոհ օրգազմից և անգամ կարծում են, որ «վատ» օրգազմը կործանարար ազդեցություն է ունենում ինքնագնահատականի և առողջության վրա։
Սա նշանակում է. օրգազմը միայն այն ժամանակ է լավ, երբ դու ինքդ ես ցանկանում և պատրաստ ես հաճույք ստանալ։ Անկողնում ոչ մի ճնշում չպետք է լինի, հատկապես, եթե զուգընկերը համոզում է, որ ամեն ինչ անում է հանուն ձեզ։ Օրգազմը կապված չէ հարաբերություններից Երկար ժամանակ մեզ ասում էին, որ ամենաորակյալ օրգազմը կինը ստանում է ռոմանտիկ հարաբերությունների ժամանակ։
