Այսօր, վաղ առավոտյան, սարգսյանական վարչակարգը հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեց իր դեմքը՝ բռնի ուժ կիրառելով առավել քան խաղաղ ակցիայի մասնակիցների նկատմամբ: Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման դեմ իրականացվող ակցաները բազմակողմանի ուսումնասիրության կարիք ունեն, քանի որ վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունները վկայում են, հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ ծնունդ առած, որակապես նոր իրողությունների մասին: Սակայն սույն դիտարկման շրջանակներում կցանկանայինք անդրադառնալ վերջին տարիներին նվազագույնի հասած մի երևույթի, որը ցավոք «վերակենդանանում է»:

Խոսքը վերաբերվում է այսօր առավոտյան լրագրողների հանդեպ կիրառված բռնություններին: Ինչ խոսք, քոչարյանական ռեժիմի կացնային բարքերից հետո վերջին տարիներին լրագրողների հանդեպ ոստիկանների առավել կամ պակաս չեզոքությունը բավական դրական երևույթ էր, սակայն ինչպես պարզվում է, սարգսյանական վարչակարգն իրեն սպառելուն զուգահեռ, վերադառնում է «կացնի» քաղաքականությանը: Ընդ որում, առավոտյան իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ համացանցը ողողած տեսանյութերից ակնհայտորեն երևում է, որ լրագրողների նկատմամբ իրականացվում էր ուղղակի ոստիկանա-քաղաքական պատվեր:

Սակայն գասպարյանական ծպտված և համազգեստավոր «հրեշտակները» թերևս չեն գիտակցում, որ արդի դարաշրջանում ցանկացած ոք կարող է կատարել լրագրողական գործառույթներ ամենասովորական բջջային հեռախոսով:

Գիտակցում է այս փաստը հայաստանյան կլեպտոկրատիան, թե ոչ , այլ հարց է, խնդիրն այն է, որ համազգեստավոր ու քաղաքացիական հագուստով չակերտավոր ոստիկանները, ստանալով ուղղակի պատվեր և գործողությունների ազատություն, գլխովին նետվում են կենցաղային «հաբռգածության» ու լկտիության մեջ՝ միաժամանակ դիմակազերծելով՝ առանց այն էլ նեխած վարչակարգի իրական էությունը:

Այս ամենով հանդերձ, պետք է նաև շեշտել, որ ենթադրաբար զերոյական ինտելեկտով և մահակի գործառույթ ստանձնած «ոստիկանների» վրա կառուցված վարչակարգն առավել քան խոցելի է, քանի որ վերջին օրերին պարզ դարձավ, որ հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ ձևավորվել է որակապես նոր քաղաքացիների կամ երիտասարդների սերունդ, որը գործուն քայլերով փորձում է կերտել իր ներկան: Այսպիսի գիտակից քաղաքացիների դեմ պայքարելու համար, «մահակն» ամենաապարդյուն զենքն է, որը սակայն անտեսանելի ու անընկալելի է բարոյապես և ֆիզիկապես հնացող վարչակարգի համար:

Եզրափակելով, ընդամենը կուզենայինք նշել, որ երևի առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում ուժ է կիրառվում մի ակցիայի նկատմամբ, որի բարձրաձայնած խնդիրը սոցիալական էր, որը զերծ էր մնում տրաֆարետային «Սերժիկ հեռացիր» մակարդակի լոզունգներից, որը հրաժարվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպումից այն պարզ և հստակ պատճառաբանությամբ, որ իրենց պահանջը քննարկման կամ պարզաբանման կարիք չունի: Այսօրինակ տեմպի դեպքում, վարչակարգը վաղ թե ուշ տեղի է տալու, քանի որ աստիճանաբար նրա զինանոցում մնում են միայն «ոստիկան-մահակներ», որոնք այնքան էլ վստահելի գործընկեր չեն կարող լինել:
