Ես տուն եմ գալիս միշտ հոգնած: Մինչ կինս հերթական անգամ ինձանից դժգոհելով ճաշ է պատրաստում, ինձ գցում եմ բազմոցին ու միացնում հեռուստացույցը:
Թեպետ էս վերջին տարիներին դա էլ չեմ ուզում անել` նայելու կամ լսելու բան չկա, ավելի ճիշտ, նույնն է միշտ` գործ անող չկա, միայն կրակեցին, սպանեցին, ձերբակալեցին... Մնում է աչքերս փակեմ, մինչև կարթնացնի խոհանոցից հնչող հրավերը` դրել եմ սեղանին, արի, սառչում ա...
Լուրերի ժամն է, հաղորդավարը` պայծառ, ժպտուն մի աղջիկ, հայտարարում է.
ԿԱՌԱՎԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ ՀՐԱԺԱՐԱԿԱՆ Է ՏՎԵԼ
Բայց վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ նախարարները պիտի աշխատեն` մինչև կազմվի նոր կառավարությունը:
... Վա~յ, էս ինչ լավ լուր է, մտածում եմ, շատ լավ է, վաղուց պիտի հրաժարական տային, միայն աշխատավարձ էին ստանում, գործ այդպես էլ չտեսանք:
Իսկ աղջիկը ժպտում է և շարունակում` հրաժարական տված կառավարության անդամները, բոլորը մի մարդու պես, հրաժարվել են իրենց բարձր աշխատավարձերից և ավելի քան բարձր պարգևավճարներից ու դրանք ուղղել են սահմանամերձ գյուղեր` իբրև օգնություն աշխատավոր հային:
Հաջորդ կառավարությանն էլ պարգևավճար չեն տալու, որովհետև երկիրը պահողը մինիստրները չեն, այլ աշխատավոր հայը:
Մտածում եմ` անհավատալի բան է, ուրեմն էս կառավարության անդամները հա՞յ էին, խիղճ ունեն, սիրտ ունեն:
Իսկ աղջիկը մի բան գիտի հաստատ` ժպտում է ու շարունակում`
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ ՔԱՂԱՔԱՊԵՏԱՐԱՆԻՑ
Քաղաքապետի լավ աշխատանքի արդյունքում մայրաքաղաքի բյուջեն ավելացել է երեք անգամ, ինչի շնորհիվ միայն այս տարի կկառուցվեն երկու տասնյակ գործարաններ` և վերջ գործազրկությանը:
Մայրաքաղաքը ցնծում է մշակութային ձեռնարկների առատությամբ, հրապարակային միջոցառումներով, փողոցներում մեր լավագույն երգիչներն են, գրողները, նկարիչները` բոլորն էլ ժողովրդի կողմից սիրված ու գնահատված:
«Հուզանք ու զանգի» այլանդակ ճչոցների ու հաչոցների փոխարեն ազգային երգ է լսվում մայրաքաղաքում, իսկ նշանավոր կոմիտասագետը դասախոսություն է կարդում մեծ երգահանի նորահայտ մշակումների մասին:
...Մտածում եմ` հնարավոր էր, իհարկե հնարավոր էր, ավելորդ ծախսերից հրաժարվել է մեր սիրելի քաղաքապետը, էլ պարգևավճարներ չի տալիս, Սփյուռքն էլ օգնում է:
ՄԱՐԶՊԵՏՆԵՐԻ ՄԱՐԶՊԵՏԸ
Լուրերի թողարկումը շարունակվում է` սիրելի հաղորդավարուհին ուրախ պատմում է, որ մարզպետները ժողովի են հավաքվել Քարագլուխ գյուղում` տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի` մարզպետների մարզպետի գլխավորությամբ: Նախարարը հանձնարարել է լիովին հրաժարվել պարգևավճարներից, քանի որ առանց դրանց պաշտոնյաներն ավելի լավ են աշխատում: Եվ մարզպետների, գյուղապետերի, քաղաքապետերի ազնվությունից ոգևորված սփյուռքի հայ գործարարներն ամեն գյուղում մի գործարան են բացել` գյուղացու կյանքը դարձնելով անհոգ ու երջանիկ:
Ուրախությունից գոռում եմ ու սկսում լացել` եթե սա հնարավոր էր անել մի ամսում, մեր էս խեղճ ժողովրդին խի՞ տանջեցին էս տականքները 30 տարի:
-Մի գոռա,- ասում է կինս,- վեր կաց, ճաշդ վաղուց սառել է:
Չէ, շարունակում եմ լաց լինել ուրախությունից, տես «Լուրերով» ինչ հրաշք բաներ են ասում:
-Այ մարդ, հո չե՞ս գժվել, մեր հեռուստացույցը մի ամիս է՝ չի աշխատում, կարո՞ղ է քնով էիր ընկել...
