Ոգևորեցնող փոփոխություն՝ «պիլոտային» ռեժիմով. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․
Երեկ խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Հարկային օրենսգրքում» փոփոխություններ կատարելու օրենսդրական առաջարկը, որով նախատեսվում է աշխատող ուսանողների ուսման վարձի փոխհատուցում:
Ըստ նախագծի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հավատարմագրված բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների՝ կառավարության կողմից հաստատված մասնագիտություններով առկա ուսուցմամբ մագիստրատուրայում, ասպիրանտուրայում և օրդինատուրայում սովորող վարձու աշխատողի ուսման վարձը կարող է փոխհատուցվել եկամտահարկի վերադարձի տեսքով:
Շատերի կարծիքով, սա իսկապես դրական նախաձեռնություն է, ինչն առաջացրել է նաև աշխատող ուսանողների ոգևորությունը:
Սակայն, ինչպես և երևում է նախագծից, փոփոխությունը մագիստրատուրայում, ասպիրանտուրայում և օրդինատուրայում սովորող բոլոր ուսանողներին չի վերաբերելու:
Օրենքն ամբողջությամբ ընդունելուց հետո կառավարությունը կհաստատի համապատասխան մասնագիտությունների ցանկը:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այդ ցանկն առանձնապես մեծ չի լինելու:
Մեր աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, նախնական դիրքորոշումն այնպիսին է, որ առավելություն տրվի տեխնիկական, հատկապես բարձր տեխնոլոգիական մասնագիտություններին:
Ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների, իշխանությունները ցանկանում են այսպիսով իրականացնել «պիլոտային» ծրագիր, որի արդյունքների հիման վրա էլ հետագայում կկայացվի որոշում՝ մասնագիտությունների ցանկն ընդլայնել, թե ոչ:
