Բաքուն թույլ չի տվել Ուկրաինայի ՆԳՆ ներկայացուցչին մուտք գործել երկիր` հայկական ծագման պատճառով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈւկրաինայի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը նամակ է գրել Եվրամիության ներկայացուցչությանը՝ կապված երկրի ներկայացուցչին Ադրբեջան մուտք գործելու արգելքի հետ:
«Հակամարտությունների վերլուծություն» խորագիրը կրող սեմինարը անցկացվել է հունվարի 13-16-ը` Բաքվում:
Այս մասին ուկրաինական պարբերականին հայտնել է իրավիճակին ծանոթ աղբյուրը՝ ներկայացնելով ԵՄ-ին ուղղված դիմումի կրկնօրինակը:
«Անվտանգության և պաշտպանության եվրոպական քոլեջի» պաշտոնական հրավերով, Ուկրաինայի ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտնել է միջոցառմանը մասնակցելու թեկնածուի անունը, որն ընդգրկվել է պատվիրակության կազմում: Ուկրաինայի ներկայացրած թեկնածուները հաստատվել են եվրոպական քոլեջի կողմից, որոնք հատուկ ուսուցում են անցել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ ՆԳՆ ներկայացուցչի մասնակացությունը միջոցառմանն անհնարին է դարձել ադրբեջանական կողմից երկիր մուտք գործելու մերժման պատճառով, որը պայմանավորված էր Ուկրաինայի ներկայացուցչի հայկական ծագմամբ»,- ասվում է փաստաթղթում:
