Տարածաշրջանում հասունանում է շատ վտանգավոր իրավիճակ․ Արման Աբովյան
BLOGՄինչև մեր երկրում բոլորը բոլորի «միսն են ուտում» ներքին քաղաքական դաշտում, տարածաշրջանում հասունանում է շատ վտանգավոր իրավիճակ, կապված` իրանյան միջուկային ծրագրի հետ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արման Աբովյանը։
«Հունվարի 20-ին Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար՝ Մոհամմադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը զգուշացրել է, որ Համատեղ համապարփակ գործողությունների ծրագրին հետևելու հարցը (ՀՀԳԾ- համաձայնագիր՝ Թեհրանի միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ) չի կարող փոխանցել ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդին։ Հակառակ դեպքում Իրանը դուրս կգա Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման պայմանագրից (ՄԶՉՊ):
Ըստ էության, սա նախարար Զարիֆի պատասխանն էր՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Ֆրանսիայի և Գերմանիայի սպառնալիքներին «լուծել» իրանյան միջուկային ծրագրի խնդիրը՝ «այլ ձևաչափով»։
Չնայած, որ խոսքը կարող է գնալ (այս փուլում) տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների մասին, սակայն պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ այդ դեպքում Իրանը միանշանակ դուրս կգա միջուկային զենքի չտարածման պայմանագրից, ինչը անխուսափելիորեն կհանգեցնի չափազանց կոշտ արձագանքի՝ ամերիկացիների, իսրայելցիների, եվրոպացիների, արաբների և...թուրքերի կողմից։
Համոզված եմ, որ այդ սցենարի դեպքում Թուրքիան երաշխավորված կսկսի իր միջուկային զենքի ծրագիրը։ Ասեմ ավելին՝ ոչ մի հանգամանք չի կարող խանգարել թուրքերին իրականացնել իրենց «բյուրեղյա» միջուկային երազանքը։
Այս ամենի մեջ ակնհայտ են երկու վտանգ։
1-Ամենաանցանկալի սցենարի դեպքում հնարհավոր է լայնածավալ պատերազմ՝ ԱՄՆ+Իսրայել+դաշնակիցներ Իրանի դեմ։
Ինչը կհանգեցնի տարածաշրջանի ողջ անվտանգության համակարգի տոտալ փլուզմանը։
2-Թուրքիան + Պարսից ծոցի պետությունները շատ արագ կանդամակցեն միջուկային զենք ունեցող պետությունների ակումբ:
Հավատացնում եմ ձեզ, որ ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները դա թույլ կտան իրենց իրականացնել չափազանց սեղմ ժամկետներում։
Կարծում եմ՝ ավելորդ է բացատրել՝ ինչ ռիսկերի առջև մենք կկանգնենք, և ի՞նչ ծանրագույն իրավիճակ կստեղծվի մեր համար։
Դե արցախյան ուղղության մասին նույնիսկ չեմ խոսում, դա առանձին վերլուծության թեմա է՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակի կոնտեքստում»,-նշել է նա։
