Եթե ՀՀ սահմանը հատող անձի մոտ առկա են վարակիչ հիվանդություններին բնորոշ ախտանշաններ, ուղեւորը մեկուսացվում է․ԱԱՏՄ
BLOGԿորոնավիրուսի ներթափանցումը բացառելու եւ դրա վերաբերյալ իրազեկման մակարդակը բարձրացնելու քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը։
«Չինաստանում արձանագրված նոր #կորոնավիրուսի (2019-nCoV) դեպքերի ներկրումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն կանխելու համար ՀՀ առողջապահական եւ աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը (ԱԱՏՄ) մի շարք քայլեր է ձեռնարկել։
Տեսչական մարմնի սահմանային բժշկասանիտարական հսկիչ կետերը մշտական հսկողություն են իրականացնում Հայաստան ժամանողների նկատմամբ՝ օդային եւ ցամաքային սահմանը հատող բոլոր անձանց հանդեպ իրականացնելով ավտոմատ ստացիոնար ջերմաչափում եւ արտաքին զննում։
ԱԱՏՄ ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավագյանը հսկիչ կետերի ղեկավարների հետ քննարկել է իրականացվող աշխատանքների ընթացքը եւ հարկ եղած դեպքում ուժեղացված ռեժիմի անցնելու անհրաժեշտ քայլերը։
Եթե ՀՀ սահմանը հատող անձի մոտ առկա են ջերմություն, ինչպես նաեւ վարակիչ հիվանդություններին բնորոշ կլինիկական այլ ախտանշաններ, ԱԱՏՄ աշխատակիցների կողմից ուղեւորը մեկուսացվում է՝ անձնակազմի եւ մյուս ուղեւորների հետ շփումը սահմանափակելու նպատակով։ Վերցվում եւ արձանագրվում են նրա տվյալները՝ դրանք փոխանցելու տվյալ անձի գրանցման կամ բնակության վայրի պոլիկլինիկա՝ հետագա վարումն իրականացնելու նպատակով։
Առողջապահական եւ աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմինը Առողջապահության նախարարության հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկել է նաեւ իրազեկման մի շարք միջոցառումներ։ Մասնավորապես, սահմանային բժշկասանիտարական հսկիչ կետերում տեղադրվել են տեղեկատվական պաստառներ, որոնց միջոցով տեղեկացվում է նոր վիրուսի, դրանով չվարակվելու եւ դեպքերի ներկրումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն կանխելու անհրաժեշտ քայլերի մասին։ Մասնավորապես,
• միջազգային ուղևորություններ ծրագրելիս` հաշվի առնել տվյալ երկրի համաճարակային իրավիճակը,
• գրիպանման երևույթների առկայության դեպքում դիմել բժշկի, չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ,
• Չինաստանից վերադառնալիս գրիպանման հիվանդություններին բնորոշ ախտանշանների դեպքում դիմել բժշկական օգնության՝ նշելով ճամփորդության մասին:
ԱՆ փոխանցմամբ՝ հունվարի 23-ի դրությամբ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը չի հայտարարել հանրային առողջապահության ոլորտում միջազգային նշանակության արտակարգ իրավիճակ, քանի որ դեպքերն, ըստ կլինիկական բնորոշման, «մեղմ» են, տեղայնացման աշխատանքներն արդյունավետ են, և արտակարգ իրավիճակը դիտվում է միայն Չինաստանում։
ԱԱՏՄ-ն շարունակում է ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել վիրուսի հետ կապված իրավիճակն ու ԱՀԿ ցուցումները»,-նշված է գրառման մեջ։
