Շուկաներում ձիու միս են վաճառում. «շանտղությունը» շարունակվում է (լուսանկարներ)
SOCIETYԱյս օրերին շրջանառվող խոսակցությունների համաձայն` տավարի մսի անվան տակ շուկաներում վաճառվում է ձիու, ավանակի միս: Այս հանգամանքը մտահոգություն է առաջացրել քաղաքացիների մոտ, հատկապես, որ մսի շուկայում իրականացվող շրջայցի ժամանակ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը իրացման կետերից մեկում կանխել էր 78 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով ձիու և ավանակի մսի վաճառքը, որը եղել է առանց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի, իսկ անասնաբուժասանիտարական փորձաքննությամբ պարզվել է՝ պիտանի չէ սննդում օգտագործելու համար:
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում Գումի շուկայի մսավաճառներն անդրադառնալով շուկայում ձիու և ավանակի մսի վաճառքի մասին լուրերին, նշեցին՝ շուկայում ավանակի միս չի վաճառվել, այնինչ ձիու մսի վաճառքի դեպքերը՝ չհերքեցին:
«Այստեղ էշի միս չի ծախվել, ձիու միս էլ ամբողջ Ղազախստանն է ուտում, չենք ասում՝ չէ, եղել է, բայց արդեն 2 տարի է չկա: Նախկին կառավարությունից, Իշխան Կարապետյանից (Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ) հետո չկա: Թող ՍԱՊԾ-ն վերահսկի շուկան, ստուգումներ անի, որ էդպիսի դեպքեր չլինեն»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց մսավաճառը:
ՍԱՊԾ-ն անելիք ունի ոչ միայն այս առումով, այլև շուկաներում սանիտարական հակահիգենիկ խախտումները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ, ինչն այնքան ակնհայտ է: Ընդամենը հարկավոր է անցնել մսի տաղավարների կողքով և խեղդվել գարշահոտությունից, էլ չենք խոսում միսը կտրատելու ու վաճառելու պայմանների մասին՝ կեղտոտ ամաններ, մսագործների ոչ համապատասխան հանդերձանք և այլն:
Հիշենք մի դրվագ, երբ նախկին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն իր պաշտոնավարման շրջանում սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին խոսելիս հայտարարել էր, թե «շանտղություն է, որ մենք թույլ ենք տալիս կամ չենք հետևում` մեր երեխան, մեր հարսը, մեր աղջիկն ինչ են ուտում», սակայն նկատենք, որ այսօր էլ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները պաշտպանված չեն անորակ սննդամթերքից: Ու թեև մեր զրուցակցի պնդմամբ՝ նախկին իշխանությունից հետո ձիու մսի վաճառք շուկայում չի իրականացվել, սակայն ՍԱՊԾ կողմից բացահայտված դեպքը հակառակն է փաստում: Ստացվում է, որ նախկին իշխանության «շանտղությունը» շարունկում են ներկաները:
