Ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնից Հայրապետական Մեր օրհնությունն ու շնորհավորանքներն ենք բերում մեր հաղթական բանակի սպաներին ու զինվորներին եւ համայն մեր ժողովրդին` Բանակի օրվա առիթով:

Շուրջ երեք տասնամյակ առաջ ծանր պայմաններում կազմավորվեց հայոց նվիրական բանակը. ծնվեց ազատամարտի բովից, հասունացավ ու կերտվեց մեր քաջարի հայորդիների աննկուն պայքարով ու անսպառ ջանքերով: Հայոց բանակի տոնը մեր ողջ ժողովրդի տոնն է` յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի եւ յուրաքանչյուր անձի: Բանակի տոնը նշելով՝ մեր երախտիքն ենք բերում այն նվիրյալ անձանց, որոնք բացառիկ ավանդ են ներդրել Արցախյան հերոսամարտի հաղթանակի, հայրենիքի պաշտպանության եւ հայոց բանակի կայացման ու զորացման գործում:

Փառք ենք մատուցում Երկնավորին, որ այսօր մեր բանակը շարունակում է մշտարթուն իր առաքելությունը՝ ի խնդիր հայրենի մեր պետության սահմանների անսասանության եւ հայրենաբնակ մեր ժողովրդի խաղաղ ու ստեղծագործ կյանքի ապահովության:

Ի խորոց սրտի Մեր աղոթքն ենք վերառաքում առ Բարձրյալն Աստված, որպեսզի Ամենակալ Տերը մշտամնա խաղաղություն շնորհի Հայաստան, Արցախ մեր հայրենիքին եւ համայն աշխարհին, օրհնի ու զորացնի հայոց մեր բանակի քաջարի սպաներին ու զինվորներին՝ պարգեւելով ամրակորով ու անվտանգ ծառայություն՝ հանուն մեր երկրի եւ մեր ժողովրդի բարօր կյանքի:
